Once we arrived at the hotel, we asked for an upgrade and they gently did. But they moved us to a floor where it smelled horribly, and in the room, the water heater only heated for one shower, the next person would shower in a cold water, no slippers for the second person (only one per room) and when i teied to turn th qc on heat because the room was freezing, it didnt work so i called rhe generator and he said that even though the ac shows that it can be regulated to heat, but it cant because we're in dubai. Because of all this, i went down to complain to the reception. They listened carefully , shut the room for repairing and moved us to suite with a view to burj khalifa. The slipper story once again, we kept the ac off, and with no.smell. but i couldnt say i enjoyed my stay, my relatives tayed at the rotana and they enjoyed it much better!
