It's hard to believe that the first time I ever went skiing was in the desert. This indoor ski slope was definitely an eye opener as to what can be done with willpower and money. There is a snowy play park for the kids, snow tubing and ski or snowboard lessons for those of us who have no idea what we're doing. For those that do, there are 700m worth of slopes with varying degrees of difficulty. Worst thing about the place is the transition from 50 degrees Celsius outside to - 4 inside. Chilli.
