“Comfortable stay!”
Reviewed 11 July 2014

It’s a nice hotel and located 10 minutes from Burj Khalifa. Shuttle bus 2 times to tallest tower with fountains and many other places.
Breakfast was plentiful.Good swimming pool. Room was clean. Boys cleaning the room were always assisting with smile. The staff was really warm. A pleasant russian speaking lady Maria who is at travel desk was extremely helpful, friendly, great at communication. We’ll choose Arabian Park Hotel again because she made our stay unforgettable. My friends and I tried many other hotels before but you don’t find this kind of hospitality very frequently. I highly recommend it to everyone!
We absolutely loved our stay in Arabian Park Hotel!

Room Tip: 2 or 3 floor if you want to use stairs too

in a cost-sensitive culture this hotel represents good value for money. There are many benefits including spacious rooms, towels by the pool, bar and room service and a solid buffet breakfast, Also close to the Pyramids of WAFI with their very good international restaurants.

Room Tip: poolside is nicer than cemetary-side ;)

My family and I stayed at this hotel last October. My room was constantly freezing and so we asked the front desk to send Maintenance round to turn off the a/c as seemed to be broken. He came and said it was fixed but we still could not turn it off. We slept with out blankets wrapped around us during the night and the next day asked them to have another look. They said there was nothing they could do!! Then we had a problem with our light as it kept flickering intermittently which was soon annoying. They did try to fix it but couldn't. We could not sleep during the night as our beds were right by the door and we could hear others outside opening and closing their doors, speaking and walking down the corridor. When we asked to move rooms they declined and said it's not possible not sure why not ? My brother who has been staying with us was leaving earlier and we asked for his room but they did not allow it. Had they moved us we may have had a better experience and I would not be leaving this bad review. There is no view from the windows except for the graveyard behind the hotel and nothing to see around the area except for bushes and roads.
We also ordered dinner up to our room one night. It came an hour later and was cold!! We were too tired to complain so we ate and then went to sleep. The taste of the food was pretty nice even though it was cold.
The breakfast buffet was good with lots of choice and location of hotel isn't too far from dubai mall.
Overall however I wouldn't stay here again

Room Tip: Request a room where the bed isn't right next to the door otherwise you won't get much sleep...

Stayed here for a night and the diner and breakfast were great.

The room was amazing. I was in 508. The shower was good. and the whole place was clean.
I would go here again. It was great.

The bed was so comfortable.

We were assigned to this hotel through Dubai Connect, as we had a 21 hour layover en route from Durban to Washington DC. We were staying there during Ramadan, but as travellers had full access to the buffet, which was excellent, with great variety and flavour. The hotel puts an ornamental screen across the restaurant entrance during the day, so as not to tempt fasting Muslims. My child was very impressed with the pool. Poolside was very hot, and he said the poo; water was warm.

We were very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the very cosmopolitan staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we checked in at around 6:30 am and checked out at 11:30. Both processes were clear and simple, creating no delays.

We were able to catch the Dubai Metro at the Al Jadaf station. The concierge gave us the necessary information, and made sure that the hotel shuttle dropped us off across the street from the station. Once there, we found the ticket seller and a police patrol helped us to make the best use of the Metro in getting to the Mall of the Emirates. When we returned at about 6 that afternoon, there we no taxis at the station, so we walked the equivalent of a couple of city blocks in the heat and dust. A couple of taxis passed us as we drew near to the hotel, so we could have caught one if we had waited at the bus stop near the station exit. Every building and vehicle was air-conditioned, so apart from that short walk, we did not have to deal with the July heat.

The hotel had complementary shuttles to the Malls and other sights. We chose to use the Metro because we wanted the flexibility of travelling on our own time and the experience. Early afternoon during Ramadan is a great time to go shopping, as the Mall was practically devoid of customers until around 5 pm, when the Mall and the Metro suddenly become very crowded. Make sure you have plenty of food and water at the hotel buffet before you leave, as the mall restaurants are closed until sunset. Some had the screens that hide non-fasters, but we did not investigate further.

Room Tip: Our rooms were on the sixth floor, with good views. If you leave the heavy drapes open, the room hea...

We had a brief stop here between flights, breakfast included. The room was clean and cool. Lovely spacious bathroom but the shower was in in the bath which is difficult for older people to access. We were supposed to have a family room, so maybe that may have had a better shower. The breakfast was fantastic. Buffet with great variety. The staff were lovely and helpful as we needed help with my mum.

Room Tip: I would just ask what comes in the room, but we had tea making with a mini fridge, storage area for...

I stayed there for one night as a transit traveller with Emirates. The room was quite small, bad quality of furniture and pure room arrangement. Maybe these poor and unfitting kinds of room are given to Transit traveler. The facilities of the hotel look average and the food is quite poor and under the level of the claimed stars.
