Wonderful Raffles Dubai

We were looked after so wonderfully by the entire staff at this beautiful hotel. Neither of us was very well when we arrived from Europe on our way home. We were booked in for three nights, our butler Rushan a total treasure who went the extra mile to take care of us. The wonderful concierge and waiters, not enough superlatives. Beautiful room, great food, total attention to our every need. Can't wait to return when we are in full health and able to fully enjoy everything this hotel has to offer.

best stay ever

one of its kind, you get whatever you need in one place feels home with it real means im so glad I stayed with them :)

Being at home

It is excellent hotel whereby you can fell at home and the staff is providing all the support you ask for ,,,,, it is family environment

It is recommended for family stay and there is a mall for your family

Royalty

This hotel makes you feel like royalty. From the moment you enter to when you leave. The staff are absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much to ask for. They bend over backwards to cater for your needs. The interior of this hotel can be described as Royal. The Raffles club staff were brilliant. A few names to mention, Sanda, Margaret, Frederick, Robinson, Kris. They were all such a delight. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our visit to Dubai was indeed brilliant.

Marvelous...

This is my 8th stay in Raffles. Everything was excellent again, all staff is very professional. Especially Mr. Bhagwat who works in security deparment is very professional and helpful. Rooms are very clean and size is very good. Room service is very fast and foods are great.
