This is indeed a lovely hotel and I agree with the positive comments others have made. Staff are friendly, the food is excellent, and the rooms are nicely designed with great views.
However unfortunately on our recent stay we had to put up with having only luke warm water in two of our rooms, meaning having a hot bath was not possible. The staff and management were apologetic and admitted that they are having problems in the hotel, but not having hot water in a five star hotel is just not acceptable.
For better value for money I would recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza next door (same group) which has access to all the same facilities and most importantly hot water and a huge bath.
