Because I didn't want to drive, I had a tough time finding a place to stay in Ann Arbor proper so I picked the Inn at the Michigan League. It's very close to all the amenities, campus sights, and downtown Ann Arbor. They also include a food voucher for each night you stay at the Inn. Noise was a bit of a problem, however, as noise travelled freely throughout the space and the elevator was very loud. The staff (who are all students) were really helpful and more than happy to help out with any problems.
