“Great sleeping!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 August 2014

We were there with a group and the hotel was wonderful! It was the nicest bed that we had been treated to in a long time! We were able to sit with our group in the large lobby and it was just a comfortable time with friends. After an 8 hour drive - it was really nice to have such comfortable accomodations!

The hotel was a lot nicer than i had thought. i like how it was like a little suite and that the bedroom was separate form the living area in a standard room. Nice to have a little privacy when you have kids. also that the bathroom had an entrance form the bedroom and the main living area.

The hotel was okay - located in an office park setting. All rooms are suites - clean, two tvs and amenities. My only complaint is they don't have any full length mirrors in the room. Big deal if you are going to an event. I found out while checking out that you can request one. The staff was very nice. We had a problem with the cable tv and they came up to fix 5 minutes after call to room.

Stayed here 2 nights on a Lion's Club visit to Leader Dogs for the Blind. Excellent front desk and staff. Construction in the area made getting there a bit of a problem. Hilton signs on the highway showing the route to turn could be more visible. Suites were spacious and comfortable.

Stayed here as part of a wedding group. This hotel is located in far-suburban Detroit; the rooms are large, true suites--some are larger than others, though. There is is a central courtyard/atrium, so rooms facing this can be a bit noisy; others are down hallways so they are quieter. The rooms are standard Hilton-fine, nothing fancy. Staff are very nice, friendly, accomodating. The hotel appears to appeal to wedding/family reunion groups, and local business travelers. Breakfast buffet was OK, didn't otherwise eat there. Small indoor pool and fitness center, was fine. Nice atrium bar and open seating, free wifi and computer station. You will need a car out here.

Some tips: Fastest way there from the airport is through Detroit (I94 E to I75 N-don't freak out, it's fine) The main road to get to the hotel is under construction, and they don't give much guidance on how to get there. So: Take I75 to M59 West, then Opdyke Road North. First right is Executive Hills Drive; take that around the bend, and the hotel is on the left at the end.

Lots of fast food both north and south on Opdyke Road, but if you want anything decent, go to Auburn Hills (7 min) or Birmingham (18 min)

Stayed there 2 nights to take in some Tigers games. Very comfortable and clean.
Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Featherstone Road is under construction until the beginning of December, so you'll need to take one of two possible detours to get there: Either Doris Road or Executive Parkway. But the hotel has signs posted.
Just wished the suites had two Queen beds instead of double beds! Not a lot of room when travelling with kids. But having said that, the beds were really comfortable and pillows even more comfortable! Easy route down to Comerica Park. Will definitely come back.

We decided to stay at his hotel as I had a voucher from Hilton Grand Vacations, a little off the beaten path and construction made it a little difficult to get to but upon our early arrival we were pleasantly greeted by an employee and given our room right away. The lobby/atrium/restaurant/bar was spacious and beautifully done. As we went into our room I was very impressed with the layout and was tastefully decorated. Loved the fact there were 2 separate rooms both with their own tv's, which made my night as I didn't have to watch sports all night. My only one suggestion would be to have a small microwave added to the room to accompany the mini fridge. We had the breakfast package which allowed us to enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast. I was very impressed with the selection, everything from fresh blueberries, strawberries, pineapple to scrambled eggs, western style eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, potatoes, yogurt, hot & cold cereal, ect plus orange, grapefruit and I believe cranberry juice, and coffee. Two thumbs up!!!! Check out was quick and easy, overall my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations and will stay here again if in the area.
