This is a newer Holiday Inn, very nice, clean, nice furnishings, efficient check in, comfortable beds and pillows, spacious bathroom....those are the important elements of a nice hotel. There was also a nice pool but we did not use it.
Now for the negatives (which may sound petty but when staying at a "nicer" hotel, you expect some basics).
The breakfast area is very poorly designed...it looks nice but has very few tables, most of which seat 6-8 people. The plastic ware is pathetic! I expect plastic utensils in this type of "complimentary breakfast" buffet, but this was so flimsy you couldn't put any pressure on it without it breaking. The selections at the buffet were pretty typical but the turkey sausage was awful. We had stayed at a Comfort Inn the previous evening and their breakfast was far superior to this. Lastly, there were no coffee creamer "pods". They had only flavored (French vanilla and pumpkin spice" coffee mate) The terrible creamer powder was provided in your room. I can't understand why a hotel would provide a nice keurig coffee maker in each room and not provide the coffee creamer pods.
These negatives are not "deal breakers" but just very annoying. The breakfast room layout/supplies /food quality definitely needs to be improved!
