Due to the size of my family, we had to split up into two rooms for our stay. We were on different floors in different sections of the hotel because the property was completely full. (We booked our stay approx 3 days before we arrived.) We were told we'd have two pool side rooms. Instead, one room was next to an indoor volleyball court (which I've never seen in a hotel before), and one room was on the upper floor. Teenagers and young adults were playing volleyball until the court closed at 11:00 p.m. Since it was my room next to the volleyball court - and because there were so many teens in the hotel that night - I was worried we wouldn't get any sleep. But that wasn't the case. The hotel security guard promised the court would be closed at 11:00 p.m., and he was right. Didn't hear a sound from the courtyard after that time.

Pro's:
Comfy beds and pillows
Clean rooms
Decent showers
Large, plush towels
Restaurant
Big pool

Con's:
No elevator (at least, we didn't see an elevator)
Stale odors in hallways (cigarette smoke?)
Volleyball court (didn't appreciate the ball hitting the windows and the noise)

While the property itself probably dates back to the 1970's this low-rise hotel has all the modern comforts that you could ask for.

The front desk staff was helpful and courteous with my walk-in check in. I was given a fair rate for the market.

The room itself is as good as you'll find in the newer properties. The pillow-top beds with soft/hard pillows are quite comfortable as are the desk and side chair. The room has a HDTV though its only showing SD stations..

The restaurant was stylish and very reasonably priced though I found most of the food bland.

I spend a lot of time in Hotels and must say that this was a great place to stay. I walked in to the smell of fresh baked cookies. The staff really made the difference being very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Clean recently remodeled Hotel with a very nice restaurant and Bar attached. I would definitely return!

We arrived for a conference and were checked in quickly. Our room was clean and the beds were soft and comfy. Would stay again. Pool was small but nice and warm. Bathroom was small, but typical of motels today. It was a very nice stay.
