“RV Resort and short walk to hot springs....”

Fairmont Hot Springs Resort

We traveled here with friends on a driving RV trip for 10 days to Yellowstone and back. Our friends had stumbled upon this location a year ago and wanted to try it out. We stayed at the RV resort which was nice and clean and a short distance away from the hot springs. The waterslide was fun and our boys (12-14) had a great time. Our daughters had fun too (10) but they enjoyed the pools most of all. It wasn't refreshing to jump into 90+ degree water when it's 90+ degrees outside but as soon as you get out your cold. At night when the air cools it feels great! The prices were a little high and one day was enough for us but it was worth it.

My children went to Fairmont as my oldest son enjoyed many memories of Fairmont as a young adult. My son is now in the Army and came home for the first time since 2006 and was looking forward to taking Brother and Sister to Fairmont and was treated with disrespect when he asked the clerk if any military discount was aviable. My other children ages 18 and 16 was very upset with the way the clerk reacted to my sons question. The public should to be treated with respect espically the men and women in our military

If you are a military vet past present or future, you are not appreciated. Memorial Day 2013 when my husband asked if they had a military discount the clerk at the hot springs said no rudely and shook her head in disgust! So much for him fighting for our country everyday for 16 years and to stop in at his home state to be treated like that! Never again will we give them our money

I very much enjoy the pools 12 months per year, although the indoor pool can be noisy. Do bring sandals as the flooring in the locker areas will hurt your feet. The waterslide is fun the first couple of times. The hotel and restaurant are rather pricey for what they are, so I recommend swimming here but going to Butte, Anaconda, or Deer Lodge for dinner and hotel.
