The Artist's house was a perfect location for a holiday in New Hampshire. The charming farmhouse was full of character yet provided for all modern needs. It was in a quiet, peaceful setting yet allowed easy access to all the sites in this part of New Hampshire. The foliage in the fall was magnificent and right on your doorstep. Whilst a car is essential there are trails to take from the farmhouse and many other activities in close proximity.
The owners (Susan and Andy) were extremely friendly and, living just down the road, were on hand (when required) to be helpful and informative. We spent a few days at the farmhouse in the fall and just wish that we had booked for a longer period.
We would recommend the Artist's house highly and we would not hesitate to re-book it for a longer period in the future.

Liked best: The quirky ecclectic nature of the house, and the proximity of lakes, hikes, and skiing.
Liked least: The upstairs bedroom was a little chilly, but given it was 0 degrees out and it's an old house, it was expected.
