We loved our stay here! The staff is so friendly! Breakfast is great and driver (van) made it perfect! My kids loved the pool after visiting all the temples in the heat. Tip the staff on the desk at the end.... They work hard to make your stay perfect.

Just completed a stay here with a party of 6, which included 4 adults and two kids. We booked three rooms that were next to each other -- two rooms were doubles (queen beds) and one with singles ( two twin beds) for the kids. There was free breakfast included each day (no time limit). The property is small and intimate, the rooms are immaculate and they have outstanding service. The rooms were spacious, and included aircon, ceiling fans, mosquito nets (mainly for romantic atmosphere since we didn't spot a single mosquito in our rooms), hair dryer, bottled water, safe, robes, slippers, tea, etc). The only complaint is the beds are a bit hard (firm mattress), but we hardly noticed after the first night since we were bone tired with all the activities. The free massage was a very nice addition, and even the kids enjoyed it. The free tuk tuk service was great, and the front desk was very kind in making restaurant reservations for us. The hotel is only 20 minutes from the airport (free pickup and drop off), 10 minute tuk tuk to night market, and 15 minutes to Angkor Wat. They will also arrange temple tours for you. The restaurant is quite good and very reasonably priced. We ate there for lunch when we arrived and dinner one night after a long day outside. The last night they left beautifully scented scarves on our beds as a gift. And each day there was a bowl of fruit in each room. And without being told, the staff noticed that one of the adults in our party was having their birthday while we were here, and they surprised him with a birthday cake when we returned from our day tour. It was an outstanding stay, and while it may not be the Four Seasons, the service is comparable to 5 star hotels and you receive a much more unique experience.

We arrived after several days in large hotels in Bangkok. It was a great change of pace. We loved the great hospitality. Breakfast was excellent with many nice choices. The best was our Tuk Tuk driver named "Tea" (spelling?). He was like a personal guide and we had him take us to the market, floating village and the war museum. The whole family loved this hotel and the experience it provided us.

Loved this Hotel in Siam Reap, the staff were very polite and friendly and very helpfull. Our room was great , i really miss sitting on the balcony with a cool Angkhor overlooking the tropical grounds. Our room was clean and spacious and with everything we needed, The breakfast choice was superb with many homemade jams etc, in a wonderfull Alfresco setting overlooking the pond. We also enjoyed our evening meals here and found the food and service excellent.
The hotel also provided the use of a Tuk Tuk and driver, our driver was great and we enjoyed our drives to the temples and into siam reap in his company, he always greeted us with a smile and a wave, and a welcome bottle of water. The Hotel also arranged for us to leave our room a little later as we were not flying out until early evening, this was much appreciated, This was one of the best overall hotel experiances i have had, many Thanks.

I spent 4 nights at this hotel and it was truly a great experience. The room rate includes the pick-up or drop-off to the airport and your own Tuk Tuk for your whole stay. This was one of the most convenient features as you don't need to negotiate with other Tuk tuks to get around, and you don't need to explain where your hotel is. This was certainly a stress-free deal!
Now, some more positives:
- Exceptional service from check-in, during meals, in the massage room, house keeping, Tuk Tuk driver. I felt special and pampered.
- Breakfast had good variety of fresh fruits, pastries, bread, jams, eggs to order, juices. Didn't get tired in 4 days.
- Clean garden and pool areas, rooms, facilities.
- Free wifi throughout the facility with good reception.
- Great tasty food for lunch or dinner, with typical Cambodian dishes and international food.
- Fresh fruit and water in your room every evening
- Good variety of cable TV in many languages
Would definitively recommend for a good stay in Siem Reap.

My wife and I went to Siem Reap for our anniversary. After a thorough search, we chose this hotel and we are very glad we did so.

Our room rate included airport pickup and drop, breakfast, full day tuk tuk and a 30 min spa. Right from the airport we felt very welcomed. You are in Asia and you expect good service but the hotel staff, go extra mile to ensure we are well taken care off. We used the Tuk Tuk for all our travels to the sites and the driver was fantastic with very good knowledge of the local sights and places to eat.

The rooms are good value for money while the bathroom is basic. We used the spa which was a disappointment. The breakfast spread was more than sufficient for us; the spread doesnt have as much variety as you could find in larger chains.

Overall it is a great hotel in Siem Reap and one we would recommend to all.

This hotel is quite simply amazing! It is tucked away on the outskirts of town, but is a complete haven. Quiet and beautiful, the rooms are well sized with everything you might need, the pool is clean and refreshing after a long day exploring the temples, and the food and drink is superb. The real winner though is the hotel's staff. Every single member of staff was friendly, happy to chat, and took a real interest in you. Nothing is too much trouble, and they made a real impression of how warm the Cambodian people are that I will carry with me. The spa is also worth a visit as it is great value, but we also had a free half hour massage which was amazing. Another great bonus was the inclusion of a tuk-tuk driver at your disposal from dawn until 10pm. Our driver Set (I am sorry if I have spelt your name wrong!) is one of the nicest people I have ever met, with great knowledge of what temple to visit when, and it was a real shame to say goodbye at the end of our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend the Pavillon d'Orient to anyone.

Room Tip: Ask for a room upstairs for a great balcony overlooking the garden.
