We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was delightful. The breakfasts were worth looking forward to. Our room # 17 was quite and on the second floor. The staff was always willing to help . We had a driver with a car- Sam. He was like a walking encyclopedia of Cambodia. His English was good. He was very attentive. He provided us with cold water and cool pre wrapped washcloths . What a lifesaver in the heat!
We highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: We had #17 and found it to be quiet with lush vegetation outside the balcony.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel and it's staff. Thank you Charlie for your hospitality. An attractive boutique hotel where breakfast, airport transfers, all-day tuk tuk AND a 30 minute massage are all included in the room rate! Large rooms, two pools, 10 minutes from the temples and Siem Reap. You can't go wrong. My wife and I are no strangers to five star hotels and this hotel holds it's own at $135 a night. Trust me.

We stayed at this boutique resort for 4 nights. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite in the new section and definitely recommend paying the extra for this room. The excellent staff exude friendliness and happiness. This was one of the best hotels in our 4 week trip. You have your breakfast in the open air restaurant. There is a menu to order eggs and French toast. Also a smoothy, croissant and yummy yoghurt is brought to your table. Fresh fruit, breads, toast and juices are available at the buffet. It was very filling. We also had a lunch and a dinner here along with room service pizza. Amazing food. It is a bit out of town but tuk tuks are available for $2 each way. We got a tuk tuk one night to The Touich restaurant not far away. Fantastic! We spent some time around the 2 swimming pools and they were a welcome relief from the humidity. We had a massage and facial for 60 minutes, $19 each. We did have 1 problem that was quickly resolved by Som and Sebastian. This team and hotel are very professional, give excellent service and we highly recommend them.

we stayed at this hotel from mar 2-5th. Although the hotel does not have a fancy curb appeal..it is excellent. everything from the rooms, the concierge (Claudia), all the staff were wonderful. the free tuk tuk everyday during our stay was awesome as well. will definitely go back again.

Room Tip: second floor rooms are good facing the main pool

Good peaceful location close to but not in town. Outstanding service, great breakfasts, very pleasant surroundings.
We stayed in a first floor room (there are only ground and first) and really enjoyed it. Two excellent swimming pools in between the rooms.
Staff are amazingly attentive. Breakfasts are fantastic and available whenever you want them literally all through the day. Staff gave us excellent restaurant recommendations in town.
All in all its deserves its high rating.

to this great hotel. With excellent service and good food. It was a joy to stay here. The tuk-tuk driver Seth was a boon. He drove us all the way through town and to the temples. He proved to be a stable and dependable figure during our stay in Siem Reap.

Room Tip: Don't worry all the rooms are good. But preferably choose a higher one (the buildings are only t...
