Don't eat at the restaurant though is not that bad, but the price is sky high unless breakfast is provided with no extra charge. Wifi was a failure, just couldn't connect but really appreciate their effort to call the IT guy from home to come fix it, yet failed! Very nice view of the swimming pool and the other facility was great. Credits to all their staff's level of service!

From lots of hotels in Siem Reap - Angkor Wat, we've chosen this quite new one. The hotel is located at the main street of Siem Reap. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful, even though they have to keep on learning about services :) The pool, spa center and restaurant were excellent.

Just a great place to stay. Little bit out of town but tuk-tuk takes you to town for a few dollars (or hie them for the whole day for a few dollars more).
Small details:
-breakfast buffet is not filled up after 9 am.
-no bacon available at the breakfast buffet

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean. Everything worked well. Very quiet. The service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was good, but they only seem to put food out once and early. So it's best to beat the crowd and eat while it is fresh. The pool was ok...not the most luxurious, but again service was great. They had a really good pizza for $5! If you want a massage or any spa services, definitely get it somewhere else. I think I paid $20 for a massage, whereas in the city it is only $5. We found a great tuk tuk driver (Mr. Ten) outside the hotel who charged about $20 a day. It's a little ways from town, but we didn't mind.

The hotel was as it was on the website. It was beautiful, large, great swimming pool, very friendly and attentive staff, huge spacious rooms which were nicely decorated etc. The staff were extremely helpful and we were provided with a complimentary fruit basket upon arrival.

There not much around the hotel except Korean restaurants. The hotel is in the "Korea - Cambodia" area so the whole road is full of hotels and restaurants that cater to South Koreans. This is not much of a problem as Korean's are nice polite people, but it does heavily affect what is on offer at the breakfast buffet! Do not expect to be able to eat at any of the Korean restaurants on the road as they only serve large pre-booked coaches of Koreans. (either way Cambodian food e.g. fish amok curry and beef lok lak is much more delicious than Korean BBQ). You can get a $2-3 dollar tuk tuk ride to Pub street and other markets (travel time around 10 mins).

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the famous temples nearby (Angkor Wat is only 6km away). We met a great tuk tuk driver who took us around all the temples for $10 for the day.

All in all a nice hotel with a great pool! You can get good rates for this hotel on various websites (e.g. $50 for a deluxe room.... they are around $220 if you book through the hotel).

P.S. Even though the breakfast buffet wasn't great the head waiter had no problem organising alternative food for us.
