We loved this hotel, the rooms were well presented, swimming pool lovely and staff very friendly, you can't go wrong for the price! Make sure you only pay $1 for a tuk tuk in and out of the town!

Room Tip: Ask for a ground floor room, we heard the water pressure is better and it's also lovely looking...

Love the service of this hotel. The pool is big enough for a decent workout. There's always tuk tuk waiting to pick up hotel guest. Pub street is just less than 5 mins tuk tuk ride away. Walking back to the hotel is possible however, not advisable for solo traveller if its late at night as the roads are quite rough and dimly lit. Alternatively, just take a tuk tuk back its safe.

I left my BlackBerry charger behind in the room on my last day and the staff found it and return it to me while I was checking out. This level of honesty alone is enough to make me come back to this hotel. Nice hotel to just relax in it too if you don't feel like going out.

Quality of sleep can be improve if the rooms are sound proved. It only affected me for one morning as I wanted to sleep later till 12 noon that morning. The noise from the house keeping of other rooms and the demolition work on a building behind the hotel woken me...

Great hotel otherwise as mentioned.

Room Tip: Rooms at the old wing is more quiet but older.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the Hotel with my friends. The environment was very welcoming even though there was a lack of air conditioning everywhere except for the rooms. I suppose its only a minor grouse except that Siem Reap was very hot & humid !

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and would greet guests whenever they see you. I actually spoke to the owner of the hotel a few times as he lives in the house adjoining the entrance to the hotel. The hotel is run by his son but the old man does all the gardening and takes lovely care of all the mango trees in the hotel.

On my last night at the hotel my friends and I decided to stay in and had takeaway dinner and drinks by the pool until after midnight. It was deeply appreciated that the owner got his staff to switch on the lights on the pool till close to midnight to allow us to enjoy the swimming and much merriment late into the night. He also had the staff to replenish the towels for us.

I have yet to encounter another hotel that goes out of its way to accommodate their guests and highly recommend it for its intimate surroundings. It feels more like a resort than a hotel. The only minus from this is the air conditioning isn't that good and it takes hours to cool down the room, if it gets cool at all. The owner actually tells me that he runs quite often on generators as the electrical supply is erratic.

Food wise, breakfast as provided by the hotel is reasonable with not that many variety to choose from. The staff however were very friendly and even go to the extent of delivering the food to your table instead of expecting you to queue and wait while they cook your omelette or khemer soup noodle.

We stayed in a triple room on the second floor with a pool view from the balcony. The room was spacious and provided an enjoyable respite from the hot weather. Service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had the best time - even offering freshly ripe bananas from the garden. We looked forward to breakfast every morning (simple spread but quite delicious). They also helped us make arrangements for airport transfer on a tuk tuk (USD5 for about 7km for 3 passengers) and late check out. Great value for money and we'll definitely return to enjoy the serenity of this nice hotel!

Nice hotel with clean rooms, bedsheets and towels and friendly helpful staffs.
With 2 great pools and very reasonably priced.
Wonderful breakfast and delicous lunch and only 10 minutes to pub street. It might at first be hard to find, but once you know your way, it is perfect.

My only issue is with the empty safety box, the passcode was messed up and so I could not open it, asked to have it fixed or replaced but did not happen even when we checked out in day 3.

The facilities and staff of this hotel were very good . We were able to relax in pretty gardens after our exhausting trips to the temples and the centre was easily reached for restaurants and further sight-seeing. The staff arranged transport throughout our visit. Many thanks.

We stayed here 5 nights and it was great. Not quite as "boutique" as other places claiming this title, but none-the-less pleasant. The staff were helpful and welcoming, the room had everything we needed (except the itemized hairdryer, but I can live without a hairdryer) and was comfortable and clean. Plainer and lacking the little touches that might describe it as boutique, but at < $30/ night, outstanding value.

The little terrace outside overlooking the pool was a private space, tho' the door was very stiff to open. The location was indeed central, down a quiet lane only a 10 min walk to Pub Street. Everything was nearby: a spot (several in fact) to get laundry done, a bike shop to hire bikes (would really recommend visiting the temples by bike) and wonderfully close to the excellent Sugar Palm restaurant, just a few houses up the street.

Breakfast was great, with lots of choices so we usually ate lots and skipped lunch, returning for a mango shake or beer and a relax by the very nice pool after visiting temples. This place has two pools, tho' one was closed due to a filter problem for the duration of our stay.

Our only gripe was not the hotel's fault, a couple of very barky dogs at the property next door, disturbed our sleep. Our room was the end one upstairs at the far end of the first pool. Room 201, which would have been the nearest to the dogs, so maybe ask for one closer to reception or downstairs, which would have been more insulated by the wall?
