On arrival we were impressed with the hotel but after a 3 hour wait for our room the feeling of love had vanished. We had booked through Agoda and then had to change our dates.I contacted the hotel directly and had confirmation of the changes and had printed it out. They didnt have a room for us when we got there and had to put 3 single beds into a standard room for us and told us that we would move to a suite the next day.My sister had also booked a suite but got a room with 3 king singles on the other side of the hotel. Not a suite. Our friend who had booked a standard room for 1 got a massive room with all the bells and whistles so he was very happy. They did offer us a free transfer to the airport for the inconvenience but we had already booked a cab.The poor staff were very flustered.
The hotel was lovely, clean, 2 pools to choose from.Tea & coffee facilities. The restaurant had lovely food but on the dearer side but that is to be expected in any hotel restaurant.Lots of other street cafes right outside our laneway. The bed was really comfortable and had a quilt.Best bed we had in Cambodia.Except for the mix up with the room it was a good stay and I would stay here again as it ticked all my boxes.

Room Tip: Just check your booking before getting there

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay from Jan. 22-26th. We had a second floor room with balcony overlooking the pool and garden area. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and bathroom was large with ample hot water. Breakfast was very good in an outdoor garden setting. Staff friendly and helpful. Check in/check out was fast and efficient. Internet was very good.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of January and had a thoroughly nice time. The hotel is about 5-10 mins walk from the centre of town, or a dollar per person in one of the many Tuk-tuks.
All the rooms are positioned around one of the two pools which are surrounded by delightful plants and trees. The dining rooms are very pleasant and the cost of meals is little different to the town. The service level by all was excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we left particularly the young bar waiter who liked to chat with you.For the price we paid around £30 a night you cannot go wrong. We organised pick ups and drop off through the hotel as well as a Angkor wat tour and all went well.
One word of warning would be is that there is a very large construction project going on at the rear of the hotel which looks to be ongoing for at least several months were work starts at around 7am. As most people are up and around by this time going on tours it should not cause to much of a problem.

Room Tip: A room by the pool directly behind the restaurant may prove a little quieter while construction work...

We were in Siem Reap with my daughter on 27th tp 30th January 2014 and stayed in this hotel. The room is neat and tidy, and staff very courteous and pleasant. They are very service oriented, nothing seems to be difficult for them. The price is reasonable, and swimming pool inviting. To top it all they offer free breakfast buffet that in itself was well presented. We enjoyed our stay very much and I wish you could avail of what this hotel could offer.

Room Tip: Room found on the second level overlooking the pool would be a good choice.

Bought a special package directly with this hotel which includes a/c vehicle airport transfer in/out, an hour of body/foot massage, accommodation + daily breakfast for 2 at around USD160 . Overall it's a good hotel and we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Were warmly received upon arrival with cold towels and refreshing glasses of juices. Was assigned a clean, new looking, very spacious room (right above the coffee house) but room seems a little empty. Would be much nicer if the management could include a sofa set. Strangely, the bathtub was without a shower curtain and the standing shower was not an enclosed one. It's simply an open bathroom and gets very wet each time after having a shower. Looks like we were were given a room which is not fully refurbished! The 2 pools are great for a property of this size and the staff are very friendly and helpful albeit some language and communication issues. Breakfast spread is average and the menu price is attractive and not too expensive. Good access to the centre of Siem Reap due to it's strategic location. No need to take Tuk2. Took us only 10 to 15 min slow and safe stroll to Pub Street and the old & night market areas.

This hotel has a lot going for it. The room was comfortable if a bit shabby but the service you receive here more than makes up for it. The gardens and pools were beautiful. The service at this hotel is stellar. They organized a tour of the Angkor complex, complete with an English speaking private guide and tuk tuk driver, the experience was unforgettable. There is an excellent restaurant on premises that is an extremely good value and serves delicious food. The service really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. This is a very well run hotel. Go to Angkor Park, hang out on Pub Street, get a massage, shop, shop, shop at the night bazaars. Cambodia is a very incredible place :)

My family and I just returned from an 11 night stay at Central Boutique Angkor Hotel. I loved everything about our stay. I loved the position of the hotel, the garden setting, the pools, our room and especially the attention we received from staff. In particular we thank Sarath for his efficiency and friendliness. When we return we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
