MotherHome was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. I was swept off my feet at arrival with refreshing towels and welcome drink. The rooms are stunning for the price, tidy and spacious. A basket of fresh fruits awaited us. I found the bed very comfortable. Wifi is reliable. The pool area is tiny, but lively, towels are available next to the pool. The staff is devoted and friendly. Breakfast service is one of the best I have ever had, and the fired rice I have ever tasted. Location is OK, you can walk to the market area, but tuktuks are always available in front of the entrance, too. Most probably, I will be back.

I don't think I've ever been anywhere in my home country with such friendly and effective service. For around $11 a night each, we got a decent breakfast, cable television, excellent wifi, aircon that worked well, free bikes, which were a bit wonky but held up, a free pass to the guesthouse's sister hotel and above all quite exceptional service. All my emails were dealt with promptly, the guesthouse organised bus tickets from Phnom Penh and a free pick-up from the bus station. They got us onto the Bangkok bus at the last minute and were otherwise amazingly attentive and welcoming. It's a guesthouse, not a hotel, the decor is pretty standard and the bathrooms are a tad tired but the standard of service is exceptional.

Room Tip: We were a little anxious that the key to one of our rooms opened the door to the other. Be security...

I had stayed at Motherhomer Guesthouse for five nights. this guesthouse is nearby Pub St. it was a great place to stay! In the room has tea/coffee making facilities as well drinking water, and the room was extremely clean. The staff who work at the fron desk very friedly and helpful expecially Mr. Sanya and Mr. Phanny who always has a big smile on his face. They helped me any matter when i needed help from them. They ordered me a bus ticket to Phnom Penh. Furthermore, they helped me in organizing a trip to Temple.

Thank You.............!

This guesthouse has all the amenities that one will expect from a decent hotel. Extremely clean , spacious rooms, which are made up everyday. Bathroom is also impeccable. Very helpful staff. Well organised and reasonably priced tour options as well. They also provide free airport pick. Breakfast is decent as well.

Most importantly, the best highlight is the ease of booking. All I did was correspond with Mr. Kimleang through email, who is very prompt in replying to all emails. And no need to pay in advance. All payments can be made direcly at the time of checking out!

Will highly recommended this place to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced, yet memorable hotel experience from a guesthouse.

WOW! What an amazing place to stay! The staff were helpful, polite and always smiling. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast wait staff were happy, smiling and so eager to please. The tuktuk drivers were always smiling. The room was clean, tidy, pleasantly decorated. The hotel outlook was great. Cant think of any negatives. If you want a guide to help you understand the temple sites we recommend Moeuk Sinath - she can be arranged through the Motherhome Guesthouse or her email is: Moeuksinath@yahoo.com - she charged $25 USD for the day from 0830 - 1430 and we couldn't have understood the temples etc without her help.

Room Tip: All rooms are great that we noticed. All have an outside outlook and a wonderful shared balcony on...

To start with, a welcome drink on arrival!. Great. We had 4 rooms & all of them were superb. Staff are very kind & helpful. Breakfast was with lot of choice. Service was homely. The best part is, all my mails were replied immediately without any hesitation (The owner is probably online 24 hours.) & that was of great help in planning the tour. Would like to go to Siem Reap again only to stay there.

Thanks to MotherHome we had a great stay in MotherHome. They ordered us a Mekong Express bus from Phnom Penh up to Siem Reap. They told the bus company the correct place to pick us up in Phnom Penh but the bus company went to the wrong place so we had to pay for a tuk tuk to bring us to the bus, only $4 so not too bad, but MotherHome refunded this for us even though it wasn't their fault! They had really nice rooms and staff, great restaurant, with good dinner and breakfast, and massage place. They also organised for a tuk tuk to bring us to the temple, we had to organise nothing ourselves - very relaxing!
