Selected this hotel based on review that it is still quiet new. Hotel Lobby is quiet attactive with unique decorations. Pool look inviting. Hotel room are clean and comfortable but the wifi was terrible.
Breakfast had a lot of choice but I had better one at other three star hotel in Siem Reap.
Counter Staffs are a bit slow with request.
Location is just good since not too far from town.

We visited Cambodia in September 2011, and I chose Angkor Miracle based on a recommendation. Definitely the right choice - and I was glad for it. We had the pool-facing deluxe room, which had a balcony overlooking the pool. The rooms and bathrooms are large, clean and very well maintained. Staff come across as genuinely warm and helpful - we had vegetarian preferences, and they went out of the way to cook a special meal for us even though our first dinner was on the house.

If you are there, their salt-water pool is a good way to relax after a long day of walking and climbing. Across the road is the Cambodian Culture Village, which holds shows on dance and arts. We were lucky in that the town was flooded during our visit, and some of the other hotels down the same road actually had flood waters right inside their lobby. This hotel however, was not affected. This is something one should consider - especially if you plan to visit Cambodia in Sept-October timeframe.

On the day I left, my wife took a liking for one of the Angkor tower replicas they have in the lobby - they went out of the way to get us in touch with the people who crafted it. When you keep your customers happy - they keep coming back for more. I would definitely go back to this hotel if and when I make another trip to Siem Reap

Room Tip: Facing the pool is best

Arrived as part of tour group from Uk to be greeted in foyer with welcome drink and local musician plahing xylophone type instrument. Beds were a little hard but we had a lovely poolside view. Salt water pool was warmer than most on our trip and had poolside bar. Breakfast tended to cater mainly for Asians with poor variety of cereals and no bacon!!! this was remedied by our tour leader and on other days we were asked by waiters if we would like bacon which was then brought to our table. We tried the spa for a massage which cost US$ 25 for an hour and was very relaxing..A little far from the town markets but tuk-tuk only $3 for a couple.

Room Tip: Ask for poolside view.

Just got back from a 3 days stay here. Overall great value for money but if you want a high quality experience suggest you try something else. This hotel is mainly targeting tour groups, and we came at a bad time which is the national holidays in China and Korea which meant that there were droves of them making the resort quite noisy and painful in many respects. Now I don't fault the hotel as they have to do business, but then it's a negative for solo travelers so make your choice.

The good: location is decent and not in the heart of the city but en route to the airport so away from hustle and bustle. But nothing to visit nearby so it's basically the hotel or you go to town. Staff overall are very very friendly and helpful and a great feature. Rooms are nice, not high luxury but very comfortable. Ask for a room overlooking the pool which is nice. We got a deal wherein we paid for 2 nights and got one night free so it was good value  Food is good, breakfast is mainly Asian and try the noodle soup for a change from the normal western fare. They have a free shuttle to the city a couple of times a day which we used every day. Come back at leisure via a tuk tuk $3-4 per trip. Good advice from the tour desk for the temple visit and they arranged a guide and hotel car for $60. The hotel car makes life much easier if you don't mind the expense. For the more intrepid do try the cycle tours which looked very tempting. The hotel spa is decent but try frangipani in town which is very highly rated. The pool and the pool bar are very nice but the gym is dated so we didn't use it though we are gym rats.

The bad: in summary two things hordes of tour groups, and lousy wifi which is hotel wide. The wifi kept logging off and it was three days of pain on this issue. The staff were apologetic but no solution. The tour groups from N.Asia were all over the place, loud, and made the whole hotel experience sub optimal. On the first day we also witnessed a bunch of them strip down to their under shorts at the pool and then proceed to jump in! The other thing was that there was little to see or walk around near the hotel. On day two a group of tourists (read tour group) were taking in loudly for 30 mins outside our room in the hallway until I stepped out and asked them to tone it down. Lost of late night celebrations could be heard in general.

If you want value then this could be it, but be aware of the negatives prepare for a trade off.

Room Tip: Ask for a pool view preferably facing the center of the pool.

The hotel has a strange vibe but it is clean, the rooms are quite nice for the money paid. I guess the best experience was the food. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of dishes including the traditional noodle soup. The restaurant has excellent dinner menu! Spa is not that great, would recommend getting it outside for much less.

The hotel was superb! Easy check in, the hotel staffs are really nice. The hotel surroundings and rooms were really really clean. I would like to thank Mr. Chorn ( Supervisor) for arranging our first day tour and Sopheay ( Front Office) for being our guide and almost humble. Mr. Chorn alos made sure everything was fine with our stay. Since we were going to Angkor Wat the second day for sun rise, we asked the front desk to pack our breakfast and it was nicely packed with rice, fruits and pastries.

The Wifi is free all over the hotel and the connection is good. Our rooms were spacious and clean. We had issues with the shower but it was fixed the next day.
The breakfast spread was good but do try the noodle soup. The pool was clean and big. The spa was reasonable and the service was good.

The hotel is about 10 minutes by car to Old market (where the bars and pubs are located).

Room Tip: The room facing the pool is nice
