Booked a weekend at this hotel based on an internet offer for a Junior Suite. The hotel is about equi-distant between Siem Reap airport and Angkor Wat temple.

Apparently the hotel is about three years-old but the architecture / dark heavy wood decor-style gives a more senior age impression. The hotel pickup driver from the airport was friendly but we had to call the hotel from the airport to get them to come get us. The included welcome drink was a small cold lemon-grass tea and no cold towel. Junior Suite was roomy but with minimal soft furnishings. The bed was rock hard and pillows offered little or no head support so my partner and i didn't sleep well.

The inclusive dinner turned-out to be an offering from a special fixed menu that the staff had difficulty locating. Communication with the waiting staff was difficult and the resultant food was average.

For breakfast, the local noodle soup was fabulous.

The tuk-tuk driver who picked us up outside the hotel did a runner from Angkor Wat temple when it rained in the afternoon and left us to fend for ourselves.

We didn't use much of the hotel facilities as we spent most of our time at the amazing temples, shopping and eating / drinking-out.

At US$350 for both of us for the weekend, this stay didn't represent great value and the poor sleep quality and room style was certainly detrimental to our view of the hotel. There are many many alternate hotels in the area

Room Tip: Our room overlooked the pool from the fifth floor but see our review about room style and sleep qual...

A late review - apologies never get around to these
Our agent chose this hotel, he was very good.
The hotel was nice, the lobby is beautiful.
Huge tree trunk pillars grace the entrance.
Rooms were simple and functional.
The day bed and lounge at the balcony was good as well.
The salt water pool was also nice. Did not try the spa as my agent had booked us outside.
My advise if you need a massage - go to Happy Feet.
Breakfast was ok, but not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

We chose this hotel based on positive review we read on tripadvisor.

The lobby is nice and inviting with a lady playing musical instrument. We were served cold local drink and wet towel to freshen up. We reached the hotel quite early in the morning, and there is no room to prepare, yet. So we were driven complimentary to the old market, fully advised on where to visit.

Upon checking in, the room is big and clean with traditional design, which we specifically love the Apsara decoration by the bed. Free wifi in the room, although it's not that fast, but hey, we are there on holiday.

We tried the pool and spa. Both are lovely. Breakfast have lots of selection.
We even request our breakfast to be packed for our temple sun rise tour, and they staff packed our food as requested, as we are vegetarian.

Tuk tuk easily available in front of the hotel. We even booked the same tuk tuk person for two nights; to and fro to the night market.

Amenities are all there, service is impeccable, good value for money.

We stayed at this hotel with our 2 small kids and had booked a family room (aka 2 connecting rooms). The rooms were spacey and clean with nice Khmer style decor and furniture. The location was okay, too. We had a free shuttle to and from the airport (one less thing to worry about) and there are plenty of tuk-tuk's in front of the hotel waiting to take you into the city (cost: about US 7 for a round-trip). If you want to go out at night this might not be the best place to stay - it's a 15 min ride away from the Old Market area in Siem Reap and the trip back in the evening/night is a bit of a nightmare. Traffic is bad and the pollution from cars/dust etc is worse at night due to the high traffic.
Breakfast buffett was okay - the hotel mainly caters to the Asian community so the breakfast offered a lot of Sushi, Rice, soup etc. But we found something nice every morning. Coffee was VERY good, with a touch of chocolate.
Staff was friendly and tried to help where they could, English was not that widely spoken, but we managed.
Pool was great! Nice and clean and always empty. The kids loved it a lot!
The inhouse spa was a great place to relax after a long day hiking through the temples! I can highly recommend the Food reflexology! Price are very reasonable for all of the massages!

Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot and prob would go back, if we ever go back to Siem Reap.

My wife and I stayed here over Christmas and had such a good time! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the services offered by the hotel were great.

Massages were cheap and excellent. Pool is wonderful. Breakfast buffet was amazing. On Christmas Eve, the hotel even had a gala dinner outside by the pool with great food, entertainment, games and a prize drawing.

We ended up eating at the hotel restaurant the majority of nights that we were there, simply because the food was outstanding and didn't cost much at all. Honestly, we were blown away by the quality of the food at the hotel. It was that good!

Additionally, one of the managers of the hotel, Chion (sp?) was extremely helpful and professional and helped arrange a bus trip to Phnom Penh for us and took the time to speak with us while we were there. We really appreciated that.

The only thing you may want to do outside of the hotel would be booking transportation. The tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel are generally pretty knowledgeable and they're a cheap way to get to the temples.

On our recent trip, we ended up staying at 5 hotels in Cambodia and Vietnam and this was by far the best. I'd recommend it to everyone heading to Siem Reap.

I never thought celebrating new year's eve in Siem Reap would be so great.

We have chosen this hotel quite weeks before after reading a "Pay 3 get 4 nights" promotion on the junior suite. We compared to other hotels during those peak season and found out that this hotel was one of the best hotel with value for money.

We were not sure to get our room ready since we were arriving at Siem Reap at 9 AM and the hotel is pretty near to the airport. But arriving in early morning didnt stop them to check us in. We were waiting for less than an hour to get our room ready so we could take a rest a bit.

The lobby is so grand, the cleanliness of this hotel actually impressed me. With such crowd, as it was the peak season, they can still maintain the cleanliness in a superb condition. The pool is big enough to swim, the spa looks nice from outside (we didnt try the spa although we read that it is recommended).

Our room was great, double the size of the standard room, we have our own living room and pantry, well appointed bedroom, and clean spacious bathroom with a tub.

The service was good, staffs are really helpful and sincere. They offered us for the temple tour and etc, but too bad we have arranged all of our things from home.

The breakfast was ok, nice selection of food, too many guests at one time, but it was just for one day. The next day, we tried to go breakfast a bit later and it was nice.

For me, the location was ok. It is in between the airport and the entertainment area. The transportation was very easy. There are some tuk tuk in front of the hotel. We got a very nice tuktuk driver since day one, Tuktuk number 16, so we booked him to drive us around for the rest of our stay. The cost was US$14 for the whole day, but since we were happy and we finished late, we gave him extra. He didnt bug us too much to go here and there since we know where we wanted to go already, no hanky panky.

We decided to celebrate the new year's eve party at Pub Street instead of at hotel, and they were okay with that. Im sorry guys... :)

Overall, this hotel is worth to stay. Way to go Angkor Miracle. Thanks for the nice hospitality.
