We had a lovely first floor bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool - although we were not impressed with the twin beds but that was just personal choice. Other than that the room had everything we wanted for a pleasant three night stay. We twice ate in the restaurant and found the menu choices to be a mixture of local and western and the prices were very reasonable. The Xmas decorations were up and it seemed very sureal tripping out to the pool in 90degree heat and hearing Christmas Carols through the music system. The bar by the pool was very good, serving drink and snacks and especially nice to 'chill out' on an evening - althoughh closing at 8pm. We found the indoor bar area to be very quiet even though there was a very good singer performing - was quite embarrassing really as one night we were the only people in. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment as we found the fruit choice to be limited and the coffee was terrible - we like strong coffee but this was almost a mocha. There was a chef cooking eggs to order and these were quite nice. For our last hotel of our tour this was one to relax in as the pool was lovely and refreshing to cool off in.Location was about 20mins from city centre and although offering a shuttle bus into the city there was not one coming back. Plenty of Tuc Tucs though but certainly too far to walk - although hotel only about 6mins from the airport so that was good for the flights home.No-one informed us though of the hotel renovations and some mornings they were drilling at 7.30am which is not acceptable and also these could be heard and viewed whilst relaxing by the pool.. Thanks to all the staff for their politeness and attention. .

Room Tip: A pool side room

A nice hotel with a very classical design. Service is great! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The pool and Spa areas are great and the perfect place to relax after visiting the Angkor. The (western) food was good - not outstanding but with a good value for money. The hotel organized a tour guide and and a driver for us, both made a great job!
We can recommend this hotel!

Relax - This place lives up to the hype! A very nice hotel, with well appointed and good sized rooms, excellent food (try the homemade yogurt at breakfast) and lush gardens/pool. The staff were so attentive! Our only complaints would be the spotty wi-fi and the ongoing construction. The noise was quite loud, but certainly a temporary concern. The hotel was good to keep the disruption down to a dull roar between the mid-morning and late afternoon hours.
We took two tours through the hotel to the Angkor temples, with guides Rain and Vibol and we'd recommend either of these gentlemen for their services.
In Cambodia, US Dollars are used for almost all transactions. Don't bother changing your money into Cambodian Riels, as US dollars will take you further.

Room Tip: Rooms with a pool view are worth the extra few dollars per night.

We stayed here because our tour package placed us in this hotel. Although quite close to the airport, it was some distance from the center of town. This hotel was impressive in its décor. Everything was sparkling clean and seemed fairly new. The room was very nice, clean and roomy with a nice size bathroom, however I agree with the other reviewers about the hard beds. Even though I prefer firm beds, these beds were beyond just firm… they could have used some extra cushioning on top of the firm hardness (add some pillow top cushion padding, please). The room lighting system was very modern with a central control console placed next to the bed. Overall, it had everything that would be expected in a US/European resort/hotel.

We only had the breakfast buffet a couple of times during our stay and it was pretty good, with a mix mostly of Asian and some Western food, the bacon was scarce and the sausages (more like small hot dogs) was a little funky, although the fried egg was good. Our other meals were provided by the tour in various town restaurants.

Although I might be more interested in staying closer to the center of town, I would consider returning to this hotel the next time I am back in Siem Reap.

We stayed for six days in Angkor Miracle. The staff were friendly, charming and very helpful. Our room was on the ground floor and you could walk from the room straight to the pool area which was exceptional. The room was very spacious with a large king size bed and toiletteries were of a very good standard. The breakfast was very varied, western and eastern food was plentiful every morning. We met the hotel manager Mr. Grant who was extremely gracious. Thank you Mr. Grant for the journey in your beautiful car. Tuk tuks are always outside the hotel to bring you anywhere you wish to go. The drivers will wait for you wherever and bring you home again when you wish! The spacious lobby looked out on a beautiful garden area which was fashioned in the Khmer Angkor Wat style, i would thoroughly recommend this hotel
