“Good value for money”
Reviewed 24 February 2014

We got a package wf free daily foot massage and breakfast and airport pickup. This hotel is realllly good value for the money, nice and spacious room. Wonderful pool and excellent (yet cheap) spa!!!
Vast choice for breakfast and helpful concierge ! If you are worried bat the location, it only take like 5-7 mins tuk tuk ride to the market or pub street!

Room Tip: Must choose a pool view room!

Angkor Miracle was the 5th and final hotel on our tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. It certainly didn't disappoint but gave us the standard we had come to expect. My large and comfortable room had a balcony overlooking the pool and was well equipped. The bathroom had both shower and bath and all was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful - special thanks to the barman who moved several heavy chairs and tables so all the tour group could sit together on our final night. There is an extensive breakfast which was quite hectic on the first day when we had an early start. I don't know what they do to the coffee but it was awful! tasting chocolatey. Fortunately tea and coffee making facilities are in your room. The spa was very good. It's some distance into the centre of town but tuk tuks are available outside the hotel.

The hotel promotes itself as the no.1 resort in Cambodia. The overall stay of ours was pleasant, and enjoyable, but this statement really put our expectations on high level, which the hotel couldn`t meet. It is more than risky to use such statement, since it might cause disappointments at the end. To make it clear, from a place like this you expect 110%, we received 90%. Still very good, no complain, but I would be more careful to use such distinctive advertisements.
The hotel itself is nice, clean, but nothing special in facilities.
The service is very good though. This was the first hotel in our life, where we were offered to sit down to a nice sofa, cold green tea was served, while the e-commerce manager took our documents and did the check in for us. We didn`t have to do anything, but to enjoy the refreshment, while the front desk staff took care of the administration and key issuing. A little thing, but it gave a good start from the very beginning.
The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. The balcony had a poolview, and was also very clean. (Siem Reap is awfully dirty compared to European standards, so a clean hotel is like an oasis in the desert)
The breakfast is mainly for the taste of Asian guests. If your stay is no more than 3 nights, you should be ok with the selection, but I am glad I didn`t have to go for hot soups or fried vegetables for one more breakfast.
In front of the hotel, there are permanent tuk drivers. It seemed to be a privilege for them to be able to stand there, so we had the impression that they were dedicatedly screened and selected by the hotel as trustworthy drivers for guests. We had no issues with any of them. As a matter of fact we “rented” the same guy after our first day since he became very symphatic to us. He of course tried to recommend restaurants where they receive commissions, but they also accept your polite decline if you`re not interested. At some places, instead of commission they receive a free meal outside while you are having yours inside the restaurant. It is up to you if you let this business go sometimes. We did once in a while, so our driver could have a full stomach as well. Meals are still not expensive, so we pretended not to see these background deals, as it really didn`t bother us. Again, if you find a nice person as a driver, it is up to you if you want to help him besides the fix fare he asks for day in exchange to the fact you`re safe with them. Reliability and safeness is something money can`t buy in the country of rip-off. Be aware at tourist sites. At most places prices are not announced. You go to the ticket counter and they charge you 3x of the official price. The officials are part of the dirty business, so don`t expect assistance or support. You are simply a walking money bag for locals. They don`t care about the long term impressions they make when you find out next day you were betrayed, all they care about is the extra dollars they can cheat out from you at the moment you open your wallet. Always ask for the prices before you pay, and read as much as you can are about the sights you want to visit prior to your arrival there. Don`t be lazy, or it will cost you money. Also important to mention, despite to the fact you are being overcharged everywhere, the money doesn’t go to the poor ones who are actually providing you the service. Be fair an tip them, as they are really fighting for their everyday living. It is not their fault that corrupted and organised tourist rip off only favours the few selected ones.

This hotel was just great. Very clean and neat and such a good value.. it is actually cheap for a 5 stars hotel. The swimming pool is great..very large and it is almost always empty during the afternoons when most of tourists are visiting the temples.

Room Tip: when I visited there the back of the hotel had a construction so try to choose a room close to the e...

no way I could rate them average. arriving at 9 pm the exchange is closed at the airport already so if you can get US$ before a late arrival do it. hotel rate was 36 baht to the $ not so good. BTW we came from Bangkok. check in is smooth and relaxed you can sit on a couch and do this here.

the room was almost perfect. we were sure we booked pool level but were put in a VIP room on the top floor super happy with this and the main annoyance was the free wifi was spotty. going on the lanai it works better and by the pool and in the lobby just fine. also free use of desktop computers in the lobby. back to the room. Bathroom how me and the miss like it. her tub and my shower with ultra pressure. all the regular goodies you get in Asia hotels so you can leave much of your toiletries at home or not. our shower had a semi slippery floor so I was careful. room 457 I believe, Chau Kway (sp) it was named as well. semi stocked mini bar, kettle, safe, iron and board TV with loads of options. Cambodian of course, Chinese, Japanese,Al Jazeera, HBO, Cinamax, History channel sports Russian, Indian etc etc. oh yeah cartoon network. last the bed and its comfy.

the salt water pool is perfect after exploring Siem Reap. Gym is okay smallish and my girl loved her spa treatment and felt the price was a tad high. she's delirious, I paid and she's happy. other perks we enjoyed was the all day air condition taxi service. 35$ hotel price. outside will run you 30. stick with the hotel for convenience and not to worry of any issues an outside company could go on. the hotel rate for tuk tuk all day is 18$. we aslo used this and as fun as it is the taxi was better and air con. drivers for both were nice. Mr. Ture for the taxi was super fun and Walter and Mr Yong i think kept us with ideas on how else we could use them and suggesting place after place. lobby bar a little slow but I guess people are tired after the day tours. I think its ideal to unwind. fun live music.

the restaurant, cant give the nicest expression here. service is fine as decor and whats so ever. breakfast buffet, we only did rice soup and omelettes. tip, grab some bacon and goodies from the noodle stand to add to the omelette bar choices. dinner waaa. I really shouldn't complain as the price is affordable. I'll just add the pictures and nothing was bad tasting just okay.

room service was nice, rang them every night for beers and snacks. french fries always a good choice here. the club sandwhich and Caesar Salad for like 5 dollars each. same kitchen but I liked room service better. must be the experience eating in the provided white robes.

price wise we are satisfied with this resort and its location. the staff were all friendly. one last nit pick though. they may need to change the name of the Pronto Cafe. one day was about 20 minutes for two drinks. the next was about 5 minutes. with only two trips to Siem Reap I could recommend Angkor Miracle Resort for a relaxing stay with good service and easy transportation options.

Lovely rooms, 1 King + 1 double. Had a room facing pool with balcony (some didn't have a balcony).
Breakfast quite good, nice pastries.
Food in hotel restaurant for Dinner nice but service awful (mix ups, slow).
Kettle and tea/instant coffee making in room. Hairdryer, safe. Walk in shower as well as separate bath.
Tuks-tuks to town $3 each way. Hotel shuttle bus only every 2 hours but good if time suits you.
Free bottled water

Room Tip: Rooms facing pool with balcony are nice
