“Miracle hotel in the Kingdom of Wonders”

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and it was amazing. The ambience is of international standard 5 star hotel. The lobby has a good scent. Hotel is really clean and properly maintained. Staff are courteous. Super value for money specially that we booked this hotel during low season. Breakfast is superb. The pool is amazing and the surroundings are properly landscaped. The hotel is located 10 minutes to the town Center which is accessible by TukTuk. They also offer nightly entertainment with superb Filipino singing duo.

Room Tip: Chose the Copa-Cabana Rooms as it has convenient pool access

My friend and I stayed in this resort in November, 2013. Upon arrival, we were ushered to a seating area to handle the check in and served with welcome drinks. The room is huge and extremely clean. Unfortunately we were placed right next to the area where renovations were being carried out and it was rather noisy during the day. But the staff promptly changed our room when we complained. There was a promotion given during our stay and the massage and food was reasonably priced and of high quality.

We (six of us) managed to book this resort at great deal through Expedia. With the price that we had paid, the service of the resort was beyond expectation. The check-in was done in such a relaxing manner. We were seated at the sofa, given welcome drinks and were attended by a hotel staff personally from the start (filling in forms) until up to the room.

The room was clean and very spacious. Bathroom is also clean, equipped with shower room and bath tub. The bed is comfortable. And the wifi service was excellent!! From the lobby up to our room on the 5th floor, wifi is free and the coverage was good.

The breakfast spread was good but quite limited for Muslims since pork is served. However, there are options for vegetarian/Muslims such as fried vege mee (cooked on the spot), bread & pastries, porridge, local kuehs and cereals.

Airport transfer is provided by the hotel for free. To get around to Angkor Wat and around town (as many times as you want), I suggest you hire one day tuk-tuk which is more economical. Try to get a tuk-tuk driver that knows well about Siam Reap.

I highly recommend this resort. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The room is perfect to relax after a tiring day exploring Siam Reap. You won't regret.

Room Tip: Try to get room at the new wing.

The Angkor Miracle staff and accommodation really are 5 stars all the way! From the moment you arrive you feel welcomed. Smiling staff, clean and spacious reception, great location.

Law is the concierge, and can organise a day trip no matter how unusual the request may be. (Thank you for organising "my family" for the day Law).

Ask for Chanda if you need an English speaking guide. I promise you won't forget one of his tours. Filled with facts, history, laughter and fun. Thanks Chanda (From your Mum)

Chen and Kimsar will ensure that your breakfast is of the highest quality each morning, and Kimsar will help you practice your Khmer. Anak Kimsar

A foot massage in the day spa is amazing after 2 days touring with Chanda.

A great variety of food and beverages available in all dining areas to suite everyone needs.

Thank you for a most enjoyable stay

The hotel is nice, with a good service and quite good facilities. We really enjoyed the massage, for which guests of the hotel get 30% discount, as well as a nice swimm in the swimming pool. The location allows you to move around cheaply via tuk tuk (3 dollars to the city center). It is not the most charismatic hotel as its size makes it a bit impersonal.

Room Tip: PLENTY OF INSECTS. Not sure if in all rooms (they are on the balconies trying to find any chance to...

Really polite staff, and a great breakfast as part of the deal. We paid around $60NZD per night, which includes airport transfer (very professional) and an afternoon tea (which we didn't bother with). We had a deluxe room with pool view which meant we were on the ground floor, and able to wander out of our room to the pool without walking through the hotel. Really nice. We also have an outside swing seat which is pretty relaxing. I don't think the upstairs rooms have that. We were not right by the pool, but looked out on to the grass - which I think made our room slightly quieter too. Bathroom very nice, but shower doesn't drain very quickly and it took a while in the morning for warm water to come through. Tuk tuk to town generally $4USD. There is plenty of accommodation in town, and I am sure you could find something fairly quiet in town too, and avoid the tuk tuk trip. But the later was fun, and just added a bit more cost. The hotel does 3 free shuttles to town per day. I think the resort is a good option if you want to really chill out, or you had a family and wanted to use the big lovely pool a lot. Not much around the hotel - just other big resorts.

Room Tip: Away from the pool but on the ground floor suited us.

From being greeted at the airport by a most helpful & polite driver, to the generous greeting by management. My stay was exceptional, Felt almost as if I was the only guest.
Every staff member was most polite, helpful & genuinely interested in catering to anything they could possibly assist you with. All staff were polite and extremely helpful.
