Apologies for late review. 5* star luxury in Siem Reap. Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautifully decorated in a lovely location. Made a real effort with decorations over Christmas.

Free airport transfer which was on time even though airport is only a few mins drive.

Arranged for private taxi to do the Temples tour. This wasn't cheap but was a very nice way to do it.

The hotel provided a free shuttle service into town.

Great location, excellent rooms and lovely food.

At the time pool area next to construction site however didn't overly bother us.

An early arrival meant my room was not ready but that's no big deal as there are changing rooms, so a quick change, and a relaxing place by the fabulous saltwater pool was found. The room was a poolside room, large and with all the amenities one expects, it was a welcome sight and the end of the day. Breakfast starts at 6 and it pays to be quite early as it gets very busy from around 7 with everybody heading of to the temples. The food was more than acceptable with the Noodle Soup station being one of the busiest, a perfect start. The hot selections would have been hotter if other quest remembered to shut the lids!! but soup and fresh fruit was enough. The staff in the Kongkea Restaurant (breakfast and dinner) were all smiles and professional. After 2 days (7 night stay) they all remembered what I drank and what time I would have breakfast so all as ready, small things make for a perfect stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the ladies in the Pronto Café were delightful and that iced coffee in the afternoon was a perfect way to cool down after the heat of the day. Ang Reaksa, the Duty Manager, was a great help with info and a pleasant greeting when returning each day. The hotel has tuk tuks outside, each appears to going to different parts Siem Reap. I rented one for the day to go around Angkor Watt which cost $15 for the day, $20 entry to the entire Angkor complex with all the different temples, with the driver offering great advise on what gates to go thru and what each temple meant. Lunch was at small restaurant between Angkor Thom and Angkor Watt which cost about $10 all up it was a cheap day out but was brilliant with a knowledgeable driver and a very relaxed way of seeing all the sights. Downtown was best in the evening as it was a bit cooler and looks a lot better with all the lights and river lit up. The night markets are a great source for bargains but barter! Food is great anywhere with all types on offer. A good meal with a bottle of beer would be around 8 to 10 dollars also happy hour goes for most of the day Tuk Tuk from the hotel to town is $4 each way or you can walk if are mad like me, its only 5km and you get to see a bit of Siem Reap that you miss in a Tuk Tuk due to laughing so much at the mad way they all drive. The National Angkor Museum is worth a visit if you are interested in the relics of statues etc, its definitely not everybodies cup of tea and children would be bored almost immediately. All up Siem Reap is a must do and one of the most interesting place I have been to. Be aware that you need 2 passport photos to enter the country for visa purposes or you pay an extra fee on top of the $20 visa charge.

Room Tip: Copa Cabana Deluxe offer direct access to the pool and also has VIP extras like transfers to/from airport, a evening room service and turndown. All make a visit extra nice.

The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. Their English is not perfect, but enough to answer most questions. All services are really 5 star and are as advised in the web sites.
The breakfast is fantastic, with lots of options, from Asian, Cambodia and international. I recommend the fruit, different and very tasty. The pool rooms are big and comfortable.
The pool is great and big enough for a good rest after the temples or the city.
The only negative thing was some noise on a neighbor construction site, but since we where most of the time visiting the temples, that was not a big issue.

Room Tip: Pool rooms are fantastic. They are big and you could jump out of bed to the pool :-)

Stayed for 5 nights after reading generally good reviews on TA. Impressive lobby upon arrival. Prompt check in. Gd start.
Booked the pool access cabana room which was spacious & beside the pool. Bathroom layout was ideal with separate shower room. Always a plus.
Room service were hit and miss. Ordered considerably amount of room services within 5 nights. Some were good, some were downright horrible but prices were affordable so it was ok.

Services was good. Overall would have been excellent given the room rate abt 80usd per night but the bfast buffet killed it. Selections was sad and food horrible. A supposedly 4.5 stars hotel who cant even do their bread right is a big minus. Only 2 types of breads- miserable reed thin toasts and white baguettes which tasted too dense and tough. Selections were pathetic and coffee v diluted. Had to order freshly brewed ones everyday at 3usd per cup. Will not stay again for that as bfast is v impt to me.

Almost everything are amazingly superb.. from check-in to check-out. Even the hotel management had upgraded our room to VIP room, as we informed them earlier during booking made that this is our honeymoon trip.. and the hotel surprised us with beautiful room, flowers on bed and flowers in bath-tub too. Assisted by very friendly reception staff namely Tem Chanta, we were checked-in smoothly, and accompanied till the room, and being given very helpful tips about Siem Reap.. thank u so much Tem :)
Very nice hotel, amazingly friendly and very helpful staff, nice room, good and variety of breakfast, very nice spa & massage (with discount too), and very nice and friendly tuk-tuk drivers attached with the hotel.
However, the hotel may need to improve on:
1. Room aircondition not cold
2. Takeaway breakfast for early morning visitors to Angkor Wat (its too basic - plain fried rice, banana and drinking water only)
3. Housekeeping (our room was not clean when we came back at 2.30 am on second day)
Conclusion, its amazingly superb stays here :)

Room Tip: Rooms facing pool is the best.
