Dr Beat plays the Cello like a professional. A very good mix of music with oral introduction & insight into the medical scenario facing Cambodian children...a situation the super rich pharmaceutical companies worldwide choose to ignore. I was told free medication is only for PAYING patients. I suggest asking payment of 1 RIEL/patient.

I loved everything about this. You are able to hear from the man who started all the children's hospitals, how he did it, the struggles, and the rewards. His hospitals are based off donations only and there is a reason. He has done so much to be where he is and it is a great event to go to just to listen to what Cambodian children face. I highly recommend this event

We attended this concern on Saturday 17th May and Beatocello was not there to perform. It's completely understandable that he can't be there every week, but it would be good if there were a way of notifying tourists (although this would surely affect their fundraising). Instead we were shown a DVD about the hospitals which was interesting, just not the evening's entertainment which we had been expecting.

We attended a concert ant the Kantha Bopha hospital in Siem Reap by Dr Beat. The work this man has undertaken and still undertakes within Cambodia is inspirational beyond real description. His passion is obvious and his drive is amazing, to have constructed five hospitals and continue to find funding is an every day problem in his quest to provide basic health support to Cambodian children - a basic expectation we don't even think about. He presents outstanding and alarming statistics regarding the health system within Cambodia and the battle he faces daily in terms of those assisted. He also plays his cello with such passion during the evening. A documentary provides background on his story and what he has achieved over the years.
This is an evening well spent to listen to and acknowledge the achievements of one man and those working in the hospitals and provides the opportunity for us to help as well, no mater how small.

I have known Beatocello as a musician for decades, I like him. It was most impressive to hear more about what has been achieved in building up the Kantha Bopha hospitals in Cambodia. The concert drew a big crowd in a nice concert hall.
