It was a great stay! The cleanest hotel I've came upon in Cambodia. The service was excellent! My mother and I wanted to eat from their cafeteria inside the hotel but didn't wanna eat 'there'. The waiter told us he he'll take our order and delivery our food to our room and let us eat inside and that's exactly what happened ! He also told us we didn't have to bring the plates out, we can leave it there and they'll clean it up for us later. You didn't need to be fluent in Khmer to speak with staff members also, they can speak enough English to help you around. It was such a great experience and a perfect location to stay at because it's walking distant from the night market.
When I got back to the US, I had just started college and met for the first time with my counselor, I told him I was in Cambodia for the whole summer and he told me he was actually planning on taking a trip there around Feb of 2012! Angkor Peal was such a beautiful and great hotel, I mos def recommended this hotel to him! :)

What a great find! Staff was beyond wonderful, notably Nita and Run Rung (I hope I spelled their names correctly). We highly recommend this hotel. Just wish our stay was longer. Make sure you get the mango shake and utilize the various massage offerings! - Russ & Cathy

Room Tip: Get Bun or Sam as your tuk tuk driver(s). They were dependable and excellent guides. They went above and beyond our expectations. We felt we made some friends in Siem Reap from our experience.

We had a blast here and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is good, price is right, and everyone is nice. What more can you ask for? Also, don't forget to try their breakfast fried rice.. it is the BOMB!

It was an amazing find. the best lichee martini I ever had at the bar. The room was clean there was hot water that was importent because a week of cold showers where starting to take there toll. Mr. Peter was a great guide to my friend and I he took the day to take us out and show us the sites he made our holiday. There nothing I could bad about this place free breakfast and access to the internet. Overall a safe clean inviting hotel that I will sure stay at again on my next holiday in cambodia

What attracted me to this hotel is the fact that they are Tripadvisor's Traveler's Choice Awardee for 2011. We got a Deluxe Double room which includes plated breakfast for two (2). Our room is spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are soft. Staff speaks good english and are courteous. They even helped and processed our bus booking to Bangkok. Location is away from the hussle and bussle of the main road but near to Frommer's recommended restaurant, The Sugar Palm, which offers another Khmer palatable experience you'll never forget. Upon check out, the hotel will even give you a token of appreciation
