“better than 4 stars hotel”
Reviewed 24 June 2013

This hotel is clean, with all the basic necessity. The receptionist is friendly and nice. We even received souvenir (scarf) from them. One thing to complaint is that the driver/ tuk tuk linked to this hotel is terrible. The driver over charge us the transportation and also tonle sap ticket. He even keep bringing us to expensive "shopping" places which I think he had commission for that.

Room Tip: Hotel with gym and swimming pool is not really needed as we had no time for that!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are big and clean, the bed comfortable, and the AC worked great. The building itself is really nice, too. All the staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Leakhena and Moniroth at the front desk - they helped us figure out our plans for the day and also booked us tickets to a dance show for the evening. We also really enjoyed meeting and talking with Soprom at the bar. Our airport pickup was waiting for us when we landed with a clearly marked sign. Overall I felt as though this hotel really paid attention to the details of making their guests comfortable. We definitely recommend it!!

What an excellent place to stay. Just far enough out of the madness of Pub Street but still close enough to walk, if not the middle of the day. We stayed 3 nights with 2 young kids and the wonderful staff anticipated our every need. Our room was big, light and airy and when we arrived had fresh fruit sent to our room and had a massage booked within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, we stayed at another hotel closer to Angkor Wat and paid twice the price for half the service. Clever management has also invested wisely by providing free English classes for all staff.

This was our third hotel in Cambodia this trip and we found it to be relaxing, spacious, entertaining (the bar staff especially), and well located. When the staff realized our flight wasn't until 3pm the manager insisted we keep our room so that we could relax at no charge until the complimentary tuk tuk took (sorry) us to the airport. We are here in the lead up to the wet so the air conditioning was welcome after a big day out. Food was great and the staff spoiled us the whole time. We would love to return.

Room Tip: If too noisy at the front of the hotel just ask the staff to see what they can do.

Especially Phat Soprom, Mr Panny, Mr Vannak, Ms Leakena and Ms Monyreath. They made our stay here superb!! The hotel is well maintained and clean and the rooms are very spacious.
