Visited in April-14, the hotel was lovely and in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and helped recommend and organise some great tours. Would definitely recommend.

We rented one of their own tuktuk for the time we were there which was a great idea, ask for Mr Kun, he's a great guy!!

The Angkor Pearl turned out to be a high quality hotel at a budget price. The hotel collected us from the airport by tuktuk. At the hotel we were met by a doorman in traditional clothing who dealt with the luggage. The reception was in the colonial style, very large and wood panelled with wooden pillars. The staff could not do enough to help and the accommodation was excellent. Very quite, clean and air conditioned. Little luxuries such as tea and coffee and a kettle, fresh slice fruit and bottled water were in our room. The bar and restaurant were also very good and comfortable. All in all a great stay. All for $30.US a night for a double including breakfast. Terrific!

This hotel had the perfect combination of amenities and price. The staff was very friendly. The room was very big with nice decor. The bathroom was good and everything was clean and well kept.

This is not an ultra luxury hotel but it provided the perfect value/quality balance. For only the equivalent to $27 USD per night it provided the best value that I got in the whole trip.

I strongly recommend it for those whose main need is to have a comfortable, safe, clean and good quality place to sleep at very reasonable price. The location is not in a main street but it is very easy and safe to walk to tourist areas like Pub street and night market. It is only two blocks away of a supermarket with good variety of supplies. The only downside that I found was that there was some loud music in a close building.

We stayed at the Angkor Pearl for five nights in Mar 2014 and are happy to recommend it without hesitation.
Although it's not exactly on Pub Street, it is a little quieter and close enough to everything. Our room was large and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue was an A/C unit that blew cold but the airflow couldn't be adjusted away from our heads.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We got a very good guide, driver and tuktuk driver through them, and they also helped us arrange cooking classes and a puppet show performance. They were very responsive to emails before we arrived.
The restaurant (both for lunch at dinner) was outstanding-the food was excellent and the prices were lower than most others that we visited. The two-for-one cocktails before 8pm were a hit!
The hotel does not have a pool but they can send you to another property close by with an excellent pool ($5/person including a drink).
We appreciated the nice touches like fresh fruit waiting for us in the room when we checked in and little gifts when we left.
A hopefully useful tip: A/C outlets in Cambodia are designed to take both US flat blade plugs and European type plugs. As such, the US 2-prong plugs sometimes fit very loosely. 3-prong plugs work much better.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in March 2014 after reading Trip Advisor recommendations. It is a great little hotel. The staff is excellent. They helped me find a replacement guide for Angkor Wat at last minute and answered all of my questions throughout my stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the AC works, it's a good location and breakfast is great. WiFi was also great. I am a middle-aged woman who travels solo. I felt perfectly safe at this hotel and when I walked to and from it day or night (except watch out when crossing streets.) I highly recommend the Angkor Pearl Hotel - one of my best stays throughout my month-long trip in Cambodia and Viet Nam.

overall, the services provided are good such as tuk-tuk, van can request from the counter. and also provided welcome drinks and refreshments and souvenir when u checked in/ out. Hmm.. internet quite fast, heater for bath, room services, breakfast are good too. BUT, the air condition not good in maintenance and water leaked out from it! and i feel itchy when sleep on the bed. :(
Remind, there is no lift so nid to climb.
