“Amazing!”

My friend and I had a great experience in Angkor Pearl Hotel. Good location, comfortable room, amazing staff and nice tuk tuk drivers at the entrance of the hotel who took us around the city for a good price. I'd like to emphasize how friendly and helpful the staff was. They gave us a 30 minute massage at the room, provided glasses with ice when we asked for, served us breakfast though we were five minutes late and had always a smile in their faces to greet us everytime we got in the hotel. It was wonderful from the time we checked in 'till the time we checked out!

We had booked Angkor Pearl based on the recommendation of a close friend. The hotel proudly displays the Trip Adivsor awards for previous years. To be fair, it is a beautiful and ornate hotel but lacking one essential - efficient air-conditioning. You feel the lack of it the moment you step in - there is one air-conditioner for the entire lobby and the restaurant. Explains the presence of fans in the restaurant. We were given a room where the air conditioner just did not cool. Waited patiently and finally requested for another room. Not much better. One reason could be that you could not shut the bathroom doors in both rooms from the outside. The shower cubicle did not have a door - the bathroom got wet after the first shower. The hotel needs to take care of the fittings in the bathroom - drip over on the side of the toilet seat and many loose fittings.

I Stayed at the Angkor Pearl Hotel in June, I was collected from the airport by one of the hotels tuk tuk drivers (Mr Chan) and 15 mins later i was in my room. The hotel is located on a side road approx 5 mins walk from 'Pub Street' My room was spacious and well equipped (though the minibar was empty) I arranged with the hotel for my driver to drive my round Angkor Wat for two days at a reasonable rate. Breakfast was of good quality with a reasonable choice. The only thing i can mention that was not great was the wifi. the signal is poor in the rooms and could only be described as adequate in the reception. There are two desktop pc's available in reception for guests but surprisingly it appeared they were 'wifi' and not directly connected to a modem which made them slow. All in all if you can ignore the wifi issue this hotel has a lot of charm and very helpful (and friendly) staff

Handy location about 5 mins walk from Sivatha Boulevard. Large, clean & well appointed rooms which are definitely superior to other budget places I have stayed. Professional & courteous service along with complimentary 30 min massage make this a very good choice in Siem Reap. Only letdowns are poor wifi connectivity & average breakfast, but for about $25 per night you could do much worse. I would consider coming back

We have stayed in many hotels all over the world. Without doubt non was better than the Angkor Pearl Hotel, none made us feel more comfortable and home. For little money one gets big, clean rooms, wifi, breakfast and much more, in a hotel run by extremely friendly and motivated staff. We have stayed at the Angkor Pearl Hotel during our honeymoon and found our room decorated with lovely flowers and with great attention to the details. We were truly stunned about this place and the staff working there.

Mr. Thy, who is a Tuk Tuk driver affiliated with the hotel, has picked us up at the airport and, during the next couple of days, showed us around Angkor Wat. He's a very good and highly motivated driver and guide, with good English skills. He proposed highly interesting itineraries and showed us the true gems of Angkor Wat, also off the beaten tourist track. We found Mr. Thy to be a highly reliable, cheerful, friendly, helpful, and honest driver, with possible the most tidy Tuk Tuk in the whole region (he keeps cleaning it day and night). Great value for money!

The Angkor Pearl Hotel and Mr. Thy will surely make you have unforgettably nice holidays in Cambodia.

A beautiful hotel, with great craftsmanship. Large room with all amenities you could ask for. The restaurant on site was great for when you didn't want to go to pub street. Felt very safe and very happy with the service. Very helpful staff, would come back.
