I had a great time at Frangipani - Siem Reap. The hotel is nicely designed, modern with its unique French nuances all over. The rooms were comfortable, and clean. The service was good. The pool also added the plus plus touch. The interiors and exteriors are well designed. The AC was not working well one the first day and they shifted us to another room. It was subsequently repaired and all went well. Food is also not bad. But all in all a great stay! :)

Room Tip: Higher floors are better

We booked superior city view room. Room is not spacious and airy. It's a big hotel , I didn't feel the warmth of staff because normally you didn't meet any staff in and out of the hotel.

Breakfast is not good in comparison with the inn I stayed in the town.

We really enjoyed our stay at Frangipani Villa. The balcony room was large enough for 3 of us to be comfortable. The staff are super friendly and the service is good. Best shower so far on our Cambodian trip. We chose the Frangipani because we wanted a pool and a bit of a splurge after Pursat and we are glad we did. The Frangipani is good value and the buffet breakfast and taxes are included. Not a lot of old world Cambodian ambiance but a good mix of simple modern and a touch of colonial Wide staircase.
The location is away from the Market scene but close enough to walk.

We asked for twin bed and city view and if not available, no view will be okay but put us in lower floor as we were travelling with 4 years old and they don’t have elevator. We were asked to pay in advance for a twin bed city view to secure that we will have what we asked for. We arrived next day, the room was on 3rd floor, double bed and NOT city view. It was the staff’s decision/assumption that having double bed was better for us and the rest didn’t really matter. Since they were fully booked, they couldn’t locate us to another room. Some of the staff were not well trained. There’s a noise of maybe animals on the roof at night. Not sure if it was mouse or cat. They mistakenly called us in our room when we were already sleeping.

The good things were swimming pool (it’s good to refresh after visiting temple), buffet breakfast (not so many variety though), the room was spacious, bathtub, hot water in the shower was working well, aroma therapy they put in each room, away from pub street which means you get a good sleep.

Room Tip: avoid 3rd floor, it's quite a hike especially after visiting temples

Frangipani Villa Hotel in Siem Reap - delivers all it promises. Well sized rooms, good beds, and great service by the most helpful of staff. The breakfast was pretty good too. Its' location is excellent, just bordering the restaurant/cafe area. Our expectations were high after staying twice at Frangipani 60's in Phnom Penh, and this relatively new sister hotel didn't let us down. We'll definitely be back.

Room Tip: The rooms facing the swimming pool are lovely

The hotel is nestled in the Wat Bo area and is a welcome oasis after a day of visiting the temples of Angkor. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay there. There are bicycles at the front for use of hotel guests and tuk-tuks for hire at a reasable price. There are two computers for guests to use. The swimming pool is lovely for cooling off and the lovely landscaped gardens great for relaxation. They even do your laundry free every day! There are no lifts though but 3 floors is not a problem to walk. Breakfast is good and served in a bright room overlooking the pool. I will definately stay there on my next visit to Siem Reap.

Room Tip: There are no lifts so if you do not want to walk, get a room on the first floor.

The Frangipani Villa Hotel in Siem Reap is undoubtedly one fo the best places we stayed on our month-long trip through Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia. This place is ideal! The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful. They easily arranged a three-day pacakge for us to visit the Angkor Wat Temple complex, and made arrangements for our bus trip to Phnom Penh. The room is nice, quiet, and the pool is a great place to relax after the day's activites. The restaurant serves a delicious breakfast, and again the staff here are attentive. We love this place!!!!

Room Tip: Seems like all the rooms are equally good
