The hotel is clean, comfort, customer focus, convenient location and classic services. We had a
wonderful time with your team and feel so much like home. The meals prepared were delicious, the spa were great and the price is reasonable.

We arrived on an early flight, before our room was ready. The hotel staff were amazing- providing breakfast and letting us relax in their spa whilst we waited for our room. Great food in their restaurant and brilliant value for money. Only downside was the staff were quite noisy when starting their shifts in the morning- don't go for a lie in! But everything else was spot on. They have tours of the temples sorted and easily booked. They really looked after us!

There is not a single thing we would complain or suggest on doing better.
The staff is always friendly and very very helpful. Right the second we entered the lobby we felt welcome with a cool towel, drink and staff attending our needs. After a quick check in we were guided to our room. The room is nice big and has everything one needs for a few days in Siem Reap. Petals were scattered across the bed, everything was tidy and clean. We got a tray of fruits, nuts and sticky rice and were explained a variety of things we needed to know to make our stay pleasant.
The complementary massage was so nice we straight away booked another one for the next day. Also, given the spa is attached to the hotel the price for the massages are really a great deal and totally worth it.
The pool looked also very nice, we just didn't find the time to dip in.
All in all, we felt very welcome and the staff always attended our needs with a smile and helped us enjoy our time.
We recommend anyone going to Siem Reap to stay here.

We arrived to this hotel after checking out of our original one early because it was disgusting and poorly run. The Golden Temple was the opposite - we were so glad we changed hotels!
The staff are very friendly and are always smiling. At one stage, our room service wasn't delivered but we didn't let that ruin our stay.
We had breakfast there twice, off the set menu and then the buffet. The food was delicious. The rooms are beautiful, it is the kind of place where they put fresh flower petals on your bed. Although our balcony view overlooked the wall of an opposite building, the balcony itself was presented nicely and the chairs were super comfy.
The hotel is walking distance to the old market and night markets. There are always tuk tuk drivers outside if you need a lift anywhere.
The stay came with a free one hour massage which was just what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

Booked 3 rooms for two nights. Got VIP-service, which included airport pick-up, massage, breakfasts, one lunch and one dinner.
The hotel staf responded very quickly on my emails when booking the rooms and informed them about our arriving time at the airport, very nice!

Warm welcome with cold towels and drinks on arrival. Rooms had a very nice decore. No wifi in one of our rooms, perhaps because it was in far end of the hallway, but nevertheless a bit disappointing. Wifi worked very well elsewhere at the hotel.
Beds are a bit hard, making it a bit difficult to get a full nights sleep. Staff in the hotel was very polite. When going to breakfast we were told there were no available tables so we had to sit by the pool and wait for a table to come available. We had to wait 20 min before we got a table. While waiting we discovered that others made their way to the restaurant and was seated, so we had to get up to the restaurant to let them know that we still were sitting downstairs waiting. Breakfast menu has four option. We tried different options, but had to get more bread in order not to leave hungry. We discovered that some of the tables in the breakfast-restaurant was used by people having beers in stead of breakfasts.

We booked a table at 8PM for our complimentrary dinner the day before. When arriving at the restaurant at 8PM we were told that they had no table for us. we found that rather strange. In stead they told us we could have our dinner in our rooms. We declined and was told to go back to our rooms and wait untill we were called upon. No apology or compensation was given. You might have thought they would give us a drink or something to shorten the waiting time, but we didn't. After half an hour we went back as we thought it was getting late and we wanted to go somewhere else if there was no table available. We waited a couple of minutes more and they then was able to seat us. The dinner was nice though.

The reception staff was very helpful and booked a tour to Angkor Wat for us using a mini-van.

Don't get me wrong, we liked the hotel and staff, but when it came to food in the restaurant we may have been rather unlucky.

We got a T-shirt and water bottle when checking out, and they took a nice photo of us in the reception area.

My husband and I spent a night of our honey moon here and were so impressed with everything! From the moment we arrived, passing across the charming lily pond on stepping stones, we were provided with a service that is in a completely different league to anything we have experienced before.

Immediately, we were given cold towels to cool us down, alongside a platter of fresh fruit and tea, making the checking in process a sheer pleasure. We were then invited to cool off in the beautiful swimming pool, provided with soft towels.

Our room was then ready. It was absolutely stunning with a lovely private balcony. On our bed were rose petals and swans manufactured amazingly from towels to wish us a happy honeymoon. On the table was a bottle of French red wine and glasses.

Following on from this, my husband and I each enjoyed an hour long Khmer massage which was incredibly thorough at removing long haul flight induced knots from the muscles and ensuing relaxation. This massage was complementary.

The food was absolutely delicious (we ate lunch and breakfast at the golden temple hotel) and the staff attentive and always smiley. They made an effort to check we were okay and remember our names.

The proximity of golden temple to the centre of siem reap means that you can walk in only a few minutes or failing that pay just one dollar for a tuk tuk.

Whenever we paused by the pool or reception area, we were provided with tea, nuts and fruit. Little touches like this made our stay.

We simply cannot recommend this place enough. If you plan to go to Cambodia, you must stay here.

They put in so much effort to provide us with an enjoyable stay. Thank you very very much

Xxxxxxxx s and f

The owner of this hotel should be really happy with his staff - they provide awesome customer service. From the time we checked in, to our sad farewell and photo, we received fantastic customer service. We were treated like family. We arranged everything through the hotel, eg laundry, massages, tuk-tuks, air conditioned van to Phnom Penh, Cambodian cooking class, tour of the temples, etc. Our only negative comment would be that the 'poolside' rooms are a little small and the bathroom is small. Having said that, the customer service overshadows this.

The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to Pub Street and the night markets, etc. etc. The four of us could get one tuk-tuk into Pub Street for US$2.

My partner experienced stomach cramps for a day and the staff looked after him. They checked up on him every hour or so and gave him tea and cold towels.

We will definitely stay at this hotel again and for longer.

Room Tip: If you enjoy a large room and bathroom, choose a room on floors 1, 2 or 3. The poolside rooms and ba...
