My wife and I stayed at the Bunwin for 4 nights and could easily have stayed longer.

The hotel itself is in a nice, quiet location and is about a10 minute Tuk Tuk ride to the main part of the city which the hotel offers for free. As a nice added touch, you are given a mobile phone each time you leave the hotel so you can call and get picked up wherever you are!

The best thing about the Bunwin however is undoubtedly the staff. They have a young, friendly team there that are all so helpful.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean. The pool was gorgeous and very welcoming after spending a day exploring the temples!

It's a nice and quiet little hotel. you can tell that the staff there are out to make sure you are comfortable. the rooms are big, internet is above average, there is even a tub sprinkled with flowers to welcome you when you first check in.

The location is a bit far off the city centre but the complimentary hotel tuk tuks ensure that travelling to anyway is just a call away - they even issue you with a phone when you are out so that you can call a hotel tuk tuk to pick you back. The path from the main road to the hotel is not well lit so i dont recommmend walking in - just get a tuk-tuk.

I feel bad rating it a 4. i would have givena 5 if the tv reception has not gone down on my last night and they couldnt fix it. Sorry - i am a TV addict

If you don't mind being out of the thick of things the Bunwin is for you... They transfer you to and from the centre of town free in their tuk tuk free whenever rain or shine and they are always happy to help. The rooms are set in a lush tropical garden and the staff are very helpful. For the cost this is a hidden secret hotel!

Nice and quite little hotel in hectic Siem Reap. Very green garden with a lovely pool and rooms scattered around it. Big rooms with lots of space. Internet working well so do air condition, safe and fridge. Food is excellent at the hotel.
Drawback is the location quite far away from the centre. But one gets free tuk tuk service as well as free airport shuttling

My husband and I have just had 4 nights at this hotel and everything was just perfect. From the moment we arrived at the airport Sokkoy was waiting for us with his tuk tuk and lovely smile to when we arrived at the hotel the wonderful staff could not have made us feel more welcome.

The hotel is a hidden gem away from the hussle and bustle with a beautiful pool and only 10 rooms tucked around it amongst the trees and plants. It only takes about 10mins in the free tuk tuks to get to the main bit though.

We did a two day temple tour with Sokkoy arranged through the hotel. He was absolutely brilliant we got to see so much and he also new little facts along the way. A cold towel and bottle of water was waiting for us at the end of every temple. Sokkoy also stopped to let us to see how palm sugar was made on the side of the road and the local cuisine, an experience we would have missed without him. Thanks again Sokkoy.

This hotel really is the perfect hotel and I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Can highly recommend this magic place. It's away from the main area but the free tuk tuk is brilliant and an experience in its own right. My son loved it!. The hotel is very comfortable but the stand out are the staff and service. Outstanding. We stayed four nights in the suite room. The food is great but as always stick to the local dishes. A true oasis.

The hotel stood out for its service. Upon arrival, our receptionist/ driver offered us cold water and towel and loaded us in a tuk tuk. Although we were a little surprised at the bumpy mud road leading into the hotel, we appreciate it's location for its tranquility and quietness.

each and every of their staff recognize out faces and always greet us with a warm smile. the complimentary tuk tuk service and cellphone was extremely useful during our stay.

Although the bed was a little crickety and the staff forget to lock our room on one day, our overall experience was wonderful and I will recommend bunwin to any visiting guests.
