This place is run very well. Excellent staff.Great food, American breakfast... ..mmmm pastries, coffee/tea, juice and choice of hot foods-eggs your way n bacon/ham; mushrooms etc.
Nice quiet surroundings, lovely pool.Room was clean, lovely bath and shower.
As said from others its out of town but I liked/wanted that☺ but as written in other reviews tuk tuk for pick up and drop off ,just a call on the mobile they supply you for when you want to go back to the hotel . Which leads me back to my first statement. .very well run☺They even rode to the airport in the rain on the tuk tuk for my transfer. Not a $20 night hotel but definitely not expensive!!..not at all! not for what you get .I'll be back for sure.

Our stay in the Bunwin Boutique added on to the already wonderful experience that Angkor offers. We were welcomed with fresh face towels and a lemongrass tea (much appreciated after our long trip); then a member of the staff explained us the different options available from the hotel to arrange tours to Angkor. We booked the small and the grand tour with them and we were extremely pleased with our driver , Mr. Rahn, ($15 and $18).
Rooms are spacious, queen bed, bath tub and shower, a/c, chair and table (complementary welcome fruit platter), TV, mosquito repellent and even a sewing kit! We liked it so much that we extended our stay!
However, what really impressed us from the Bunwin Boutique was its staff: kind, professional and extremely helpful. They called you by your first name, addressed to you with courtesy and welcomed always with a smile. They are very accommodating and tried hard to make your stay memorable.
Another wonderful service, which comes with your room, is tuk tuk rides to the city center. The hotel gives you a mobile phone and you call them for pick ups, it is like having a personal driver, we really appreciated this!! All the drivers were punctual, reliable and kind.
Overall the best boutique hotel experience we have had during our stay in Asia.

My wife and I had only 4 days in Cambodia. We booked one Bunwin property and they decided it was OK to have us stay one night at a different hotel and the other three nights at the hotel we booked. I really can not express how rotten this is, and how disrespectful of our vacation.

I would strongly advise choosing a hotel with integrity. If you can't honor a reservation, you should not accept it. This is basic decency.

Bunwin boutique was a real treat! We loved our stay here. The hotel is small and cosy with a lovely pool and a nice shower. The staff is very helpful and extremely accomodating. They took very good care of us and gave us great dinner recommendations. The hotel also has a shuttle service that's very convenient. The food was not very good though.

A tranquil oasis, away from the noise, and dust of the main road. Once you arrive the staff welcome you with the smiles and warmth of typical Cambodia. From then on, you are like family, always being greeted by your first names (which all staff remember). Our stay in Siem Reap was short, but made memorable by this beautiful hotel.
The room was clean, and stylish, the food excellent, a refreshing dip in the courtyard pool with waiters attentive to our needs. An excellent bar (poolside). All of the rooms are on the ground level and surround the pool, making the oasis feel that much more real.
What else can I write....except I wish we were staying longer. Thank you to all the staff, and our favourite TukTuk driver Mr. Sinnaght who was arranged by the hotel and took such good care of us.

We stayed at Banwin for three nights. Free tuk tuk service is very useful. They have a young very friendly team eager to help. Hotel is beautiful with a nice pool. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel picks you up from anywhere in siam rip with tuk tuk so you can enjoy the night market or pubs street. Really loved the people and the hotel.

We Stayed a few nights while visiting Cambodia this july. We booked the hotels tours to the ankor complex, so we did the Big Tour one Day and the small the next. It was really great and our driver Sokkoy made This trip unforgettable. After every tempel we had a cold towel and a drink, and some info about the tempel and the next one we were going to. Sokkoy Quickly found out that we enjoyed the local life and made stops for us to see palm sugar production and to get a snack cricket on the Road. If we come back again, we Will for sure stay here and book the same driver again!
