We pursued the extra 100m down the street away from a Pub St and found the restaurant awaiting us; quite large, outdoors and casual. We started with tasty samosas and ordered our dinner. Given the amount of French spoken around us, we figured the food should be authentic.
We started with the terrine which I enjoyed, complimented with a glass of red wine. For mains my partner had the chicken with mushroom sauce- delicious isn't sufficient praise. She says the best chicken she has eaten in her life! I had the stuffed squid which was also excellent, a little spicy and delicious. And the bread was excellent! Wow!
Unfortunately we didn't have room for a dessert; perhaps next time. We will return.
