“Great service, great price.”

Staying here was a real pleasure, the room was a large double room and it was clean and had everything you needed. The thing that really got me was the customer service. The front of house staff were so friendly and kind. They were always willing to help out. There was always someone at the front desk, 24/7 and security outside. It made me feel safe being there, and I quite enjoyed our experience. The view from the tower next to the pool is amazing at sunset, don't miss it. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for something affordable, clean and with amazing customer service.

We actually came to know of OKAY 1 Villa, as we had been staying at the OKAY guest house in Phnom Penh.

The guys in PP actually did us a bit of a deal with the room rate, I think we got it for $30 a night.
We had a huge double room on the 1st floor with Aircon and our own bathroom. It was by far the most comfortable place we had stayed at during our 3 weeks in Cambodia.

When we arrived off the bus a guy and his Tuk Tuk from the hotel were waiting for us which was awesome. The staff at the hotel are all really really lovely interesting intelligent people. The younger ones love to practise their English with you.

We felt totally relaxed and very well looked after.

On the roof of the hotel is a swimming pool and a bar; which is exactly what you need after a day seeing the temples.

The hotel have their own staff to take you on trips to the Temples. I think we paid $15 for a young guy to drive us around the temples. We had planned to cycle but just didn't have the time, this way we saw more than enough.

The hotel is in a quiet location a little off the beaten track but it's about a Dollar from Pub Street; everyone knows where it is and when you leave the hotel there is always TukTuks available.

We had a great stay with OK. We'd definitely stay again of we were ever back.

There was nice welcome from the reception staff, really useful instructions for visitors. We loved the welcome drink and the upstairs pool area. The hotel has been built in great Khmer wooden style and big rooms with very comfortable kingsize beds ! Unfortunately the bathrooms are wet rooms (as many hotel at this price in Tailand or Cambodia) so everything gets soaked and drainage was rather poor. The breakfasts were fine and the food service could be faster (as in may other places we were to :) I love the people from the reception I talked to - they are very open to discuss about their culture and working style - they really try to "do more", which I appreciate. I loved the sens of humor and honesty (we left some beverage in the room fridge and after check out and room cleaning we were thing delivered at the pool !) . This all and great goodbye with Cambodian good luck shawls made me think we were treated as special quests and I have great memories about the place and staff we met there.

Nicely appointed rooms and the best service I've had in Cambodia. Rooms were comfortable and nice come with all the conveniences. A bonus is the rooftop pool, very welcome after the heat of a Siem Reap day. Highly recommended

Room Tip: Top floor is right below the pool.

This hotel is a great stop off for the temples. However, I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay. The reception staff are wonderful and the rooms are clean. The welcome drink was lovely and I ended up getting one everyday since I liked it so much. The pool area is a little on the cosy side - never enough beds in an afternoon. The bathrooms are wet rooms so everything gets soaked and drainage can be poor. We ended up leaving all towels, toiletries and loo paper outside the door, which could be a pain if you forgot to take it back in with you!! Hotel restaurant wasn't good value for money as we could get better Khmer food elsewhere. Food and drink service was really slow even on the ground floor where the kitchen was. Breakfast was hit and miss. One morning we got lovely omelette and French baguette and the next morning we got a left over buffet covered with flies and ants. A few negatives but overall the staff and the clean rooms made it good value.

The hotel is good but for the bathroom.Water accumulated even after mopping .Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The restaurant is costly as the food served was too less for the price! On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink which was very refreshing. The reception desk was really helpful in booking tickets for Bangkok.Intricate wooden work in the entire building was really a pleasure to see.

The staff at the Okay 1 Villa were great! They did a good service and were absolutely lovely, they welcomed us into and out of the hotel. They were funny and always made jokes between my parents, sister and brother. Before we left to go to the airport to leave for Singapore they brought me, my sister and brother all a good luck bracket and it was very appreciated.
