The staffs are friendly. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. A lot of English TV channels [including FOX channels]. Free wifi in the room. There are 2 computers for common use. Limited breakfast but you get what you paid for. Must remove shoes/slippers before entering the hotel. You can choose to leave your shoes/slippers outside or bring them with you to the room. Nice rooftop pool. Never try the massage, so no comment. We arrived at 8am and left our luggage and belongings at the counter, no problem at all. Can walk to the city-center but we were damn tired from the temple journey. You can take tuk-tuk outside of the hotel for 2 USD. Make sure you bargain. Overall, I would love to stay there again. Don't be surprised to see a German sheperd dog wandering outside of the hotel as a street dog [very tame].

Room Tip: Higher levels near to the pool

I stayed at Okay 1 for 2 weeks and then again for another 2 weeks. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful and make conversation whenever they see you. The hotel is on a nice quiet street a 6 or 7 min tuk tuk drive away from pub street. The pool on the rooftop is a really nice area to chill and has 360 views of the surrounding area as its the tallest building. They also organise tours and transport from the desk (although I didn't need to use this facility as I was here for work). No problems at all either time I stayed here - would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and affordable. Roof top pool a plus. Friendly staff catering to needs, minutes to markets and kid friendly. Food in hotel average to excellent, sometimes long wait. Overall stay in siem reap enjoyable.

Average wage very low for long hours for local workers. If planning to tip a local, best to give it directly, to ensure it does not end up in a general kitty.

Hi my girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. We were really happy with the great customer service the staff had. The pool bar was fantastic and the service was exceptional with staff helping us with anything we needed

The room was ok for the price and the breakfast was adequate. They have a restaurant with some alright food but a little overpriced compared to others.

If you want to give tip be sure to give directly to the person as it is common in most hotels that the tip box is not shared among staff, sad but true. If you want to organize tour or anything ask the tuktuk drivers directly to help you, we found them helpful. Its abt $12 for temple tour, $5 airport and $2 into town. Ask the tuktuk driver directly and they will get the fare but if you ask at any hotel reception the driver will not get the fare and will only get their standard $2 a day wage..nice to give to the drivers directly sometimes.
