“Great stay”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 May 2012

As all the previous reviews have stated the service is great, we found the staff to be enthusiastic and attentive however the english of most staff is not fantastic so it was often difficult to do simple things such as order a taxi. The breakfast is yummy, room cleaning and servicing was the best we had our whole trip and the massage was awesome. Pool was really nice to relax by. Really central and ATM 1 minute walk away. Try to get a room facing the pool ours was on the other side and quite noisy with the mosque nearby.

Room Tip: Pool view room

just stayed in this hotel last week and thoroughly spoilt, from the welcome, drink, cool washer, friendly and helpful staff, the lovely buffet breakfast, beautiful pool supplied with towels, father bar very handy for those poolside drinks and food. nice big clean room with views of the city, tea/coffee making facility , very helpful staff to organise anything required. the friendly tuk tuk staff outside took me anywhere i wished to go , temples, town, etc. location is great on airport road within walking distance to town although so hot to walk so used the tuk tuk. highly recommended for any traveller type.

Room Tip: was on 4th floor, lift, good view of city.corner suite large and sunny two windows.

We stayed at Motherhome for three nights The place is a relatively new four-story building away from the noise and crowds of the central tourist district yet only a five-minute tuk-tuk ride or ten-minute walk from the action. The rooms were spotless and the beds extremely comfortable. They had flat-screen TVs, ensuite bathrooms with good showers and all for $29, including a truly wonderful breakfast buffet. They also had a pool that provided much needed relief after a hot day's sightseeing and a pool bar for that wonderful, and very inexpensive, libation. Finally, they had a very good restaurant with both Cambodian and Western options - something you just don't see in hotels at this level. But, as was the case in many of the places we stayed in SE Asia, the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff was simply top notch and made our stay truly memorable. Great job, Motherhome!!

From the booking until the check-out everything was very good! We had a big, nice and clean room. Every morning we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast buffet. One great thing is, that you get a cool towel when you enter the hotel. After the heat during discover the tempels it is exactly what you need. And also the pool is very nice with sun beds and towels. The hotel has a very good tuk-tuk service and our driver, Mr. Penh, did a great job. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Having stayed here in November 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed this great hotel, I returned
with a girlfriend for 4 weeks in March. The staff are wonderful, the food excellent, great pool, fabulous location. Can highly recommend this property and will be returning later in the year.
