The hotel is nice and the pool are is great but i organised pickup from bus station on arrival (they organised bus tickets) they wernt there to pick us up so we called.. they said they would send driver... 20 minutes later called they said driver was at wrong bus station... 30 mins later its pitch black everyone has long since left the bus station and the mosquitos are eating us alive and finally tuk tuk picks us up.

When the time came to leave we bought a bus ticket from hotel to poipet as we had heard lots of scams going back to bangkok we thought the hotel would care about it reputation enough to use the best of the dodgy companies. Got picked up in a minivan already full so had to squat, drove just out of town to a dirt road where we got pushed into an ancient school type bus with luggage piled up the ceiling in front and back. The unlucky last few passangers didnt have any seats and had to squeeze in next to luggage. 20 mins into the 2 hour bus journey we stopped for a "break" at a tat store for half an hour... when hardly anyone got off the bus the driver came on to tell everyone we only stop once get out and buy things... half an hour later we stopped again... then we stopped for half an hour lunch brake 10km's from the border. We finally made it the border 5 hours later in the middle of peak time and didnt get through the border until 3 hours later because of this... all in all turned a 2 hour trip into an 8 hour ordeal.... i feel most sorry for the rest of the bus that was relying on the company all the way to bangkok.

Corruption and dishonesty doesnt lead to any long term gain and the hotel probably uses this company for the highest kickbacks and it should not be supported

Motherhome Inn owns really good service with the efforts of all their staffs.
Quality vs price is quite fair or rather to say over the value.
Choose twice, we will definitely resident in motherhome if any other chance in future.

We stayed almost a week in this Hotel and really liked it. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, although knowledge of English may vary. We found that the hotel has mainly Asian guests and this is of course reflected in the food selection. However, those who don't like noodles for breakfast find sufficient alternatives. In case you decide to have dinner in the Restaurant we found the quality of the food - with one exemption - in order. We particularly liked the Khmer Spring Rolls - just delicious!

Thank you to the Motherhome Inn for their excellent hospitality, with the experience starting before we even arrived.

A 3 hour delay due to long queues at the Poipet border meant a rearrangment of our pre-ordered transport. A call to Mr Kimliang and we were soon on our way again.
The Motherhome Inn was our first stay at the start of our family Cambodia adventure, the rooms clean, the staff friendly, the pool cool and refreshing, which was ideal for our children, 10, 7 & 4.

In our travels we love getting out and about amongst the locals, we were lucky that Mr Vichet arranged a visit to a local Self Help Community Centre School, non government funded school to help young Cambodians life skills from personal hygiene & budgeting to organic farming and taking care of the environment & teaching of foreign languages. Checkout their website for more information www.shcccambodia.org . This also gave our children the opportunity to see differences with their own schools.

Again a big thank you to the Motherhome Inn for their hospitality and we hope to revisit in the future.

Very friendly staff, cleaning room. Free breakfast and wifi provided. Hotel has a clean swimming pool for guests. Food of this hotel is also good cost efficient. I recommend grill pork chop, you can try it.
Hotel will arrange free pick up service from airport or bus station. It needs 15 minutes to the old market by foot, but you can use hotel's bicycle free. It can help you to get to nearer places.
Anyway, it is worth of 5 stars, and I am happy to choose this hotel.
