We just came back from our visit, it is truly an amazing experience! Even though our trip started with a disappointing booking mess-up, the hotel was overbooked and we didn't get the room that we originally booked, but ended with incredible overall experience! Not only we got upgraded to a fantastic huge suite, they also took one dinner off our bill... Bunna, Anna and Alex at the privilege floor made us felt very welcomed and they were all very apologetic about the mess-up and quickly sorted out for us... Food at the hotel restaurant was excellent.... the noodle soup at the breakfast buffet is very recommended, the local cuisine set on the a la carte menu is also very well made... that was the taste of south east asia that i was looking for! Great hotel, we loved it!

Alex and the team at Borei Angkor Resort & Sa (Privilege Floor) made our holiday an absolute delight! Nothing was too difficult for them, and they went out of their way to make us comfortable and well looked after. This started when we were picked up at the airport and continued until we were dropped back to return home. Every staff member at the resort were happy and extremely helpful.. of special note the ever smiling "Mr Sokmen" (at the Club Lounge) who made our evenings a delight. Thank you Alex and the team.. we will be back!! Nellie & Wayne E

My sister and I stayed at the Privilege Floor a few weeks ago and I feel like it was a 3 days dream which I am struggling to wake up from.

We were welcomed the moment we arrived at the Siem Reap airport which felt like a resort it self. I had my doubts with the reviews before we actually travelled and hoped that it was at least half of what everyone was writing about. However, it was more.

We had quite a late check-in due to flight connections and thought that we would be ordering something for room service however Alex who was amazing from D1 suggested that we put our luggage down and come out for dinner at the Damnak Lounge. The time then was 10:30pm and we had been starving!
Our room had been air-conditioned for us allowing us some time to breathe away from the heat outside. Alex asked us about our schedule for the short stay and made recommendations on places we visited. We were to start our tour the next day with our personal driver and guide for the sunrise at Angkor Wat and thought that we would miss out on the breakfast offer as we would be out the whole day but we were brought back to the hotel after sunrise and then taken around to see as much as one could in a day. Our guide was very knowledgeable with the Cambodian history and temples and knew exactly where to go to avoid mass tourists. The restaurants we were taken to during our stay outside of the hotel were A+ (and cheap!).
Before we headed out for the Apsara Dance and dinner which was also recommended by Alex, we stopped by the Damnak Lounge for our free cocktails. I had a Mai Tai and was one of the BEST I had ever had. On our way back from the Apsara Dance, we requested to be dropped off at the Pub Street for a quick stroll. I don't think we would have been able to squeeze everything in our tight schedule if it wasn't for the personal SUV we were treated with.

The next day, we were recommended to visit the floating village as it would be unforgettable and it truly was. As we had been spoilt with a personal driver during the stay, we had not had the opportunity to go on a Tuk tuk but our visit to the village ensured that we experienced the ride.
We were brought back to the hotel for our free massage (also great) and then taken to the airport on time.
Our stay was amazing because of everyone we met on the fourth floor of the Borei Resort as well as the luxurious service that was given to us when we mentioned we stayed on the Privilege Floor when we went around the resort.
There were so many things my sister and I loved about our stay and couldn't have asked for more. I thoroughly enjoyed the refilled mini bar in our room as well as the champagne that awaited us upon our arrival.
Thank you to all the staff of the Privilege Floor as well as Borei Resort and also to our guide for an amazing stay and our sincere apologies for the delay with this review. We had a few more stopovers before making it back home!
To anyone who is contemplating on staying with the Privilege Floor, please go ahead and make the reservation as you will not regret it!

P.S My sister and I still rave about how we were referred to by our name all the time! I have never had such service at other hotels.

This hotel is the best I have ever come across in all of my years of travelling.
The service you receive is outstanding from the first phone call from Alex while we were in the taxi travelling from Phnom Phen letting us know we were only 10 minutes away and they were waiting to welcome us to the personal escort and farewell at the airport with Jacky. Absoulutely nothing is too much trouble for anyone.
Everybody goes out of their way to treat you like royalty. From the moment you step out of your supplied car you are greeted warmly by everyone you come in contact with. There is always someone playing a Roneart in the lobby which just adds to the atmosphere.
While the Privilege floor may not be the cheapest pace to stay in Siem Reap you get what you pay for and in our case what we received was the best of eveything we have ever encountered in a hotel. We were upgraded to a sunset suite which while not the best view I have ever seen from a hotel room was still excellent with a day bed on the balcony and nice luxurious room with a 'surprise' everday in the room from fruit platters to bottles of wine. The free mini bar which is topped up everyday is also nice. Also included is free internet.
We managed to get all of our dirty laundry cleaned thanks to the free laundry service that you receive.
Everyday we made use of the free 2 hours of cocktails in the Damnak Lounge with Sokemen who is a very funny person and an excellent cocktail maker, as is everyone in the lounge for that matter.
The free breakfast was excellent with a nice choice of food and was a good way to start a day of touring Seam Reap.
Our own personal driver 24/7 with a SUV was excellent. We were also supplied with a free mobile phone which comes in handy if your driver has dropped you off in Pub St and you want to be picked up. Our driver had an excellent knowledge of the countryside and locations to go and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thanks Vibol for everything you did for us.
Sokmen, Say, Alex, Jacky, Bunna, Anna Vibol and every other person whose name I have forgotten or didnt get hank you so very much for everything you did and we can not wait to go back

Fantastic place...staff could not do enough for you.. Just had to mention that one heard about a good restaurant or event, and before one realised what was happening it was all booked, driver instructed, time schedule planed and all arranged for you. Beautiful rooms and outlook.fantastic driver (thanks Khov!) provided at any time, and he arranged visits to temples we would not have considered, but proved to be a great experience. All trips to temples arranged and well planned, by Alex, Jackie and the team. Most staff were on first name terms within a day of our visit, and the friendliness demonstrated was fantastic and genuine. Alex welcomed us at the airport, and from them onwards all was taken care of throuout our stay. Will recommend to all our friends and will definitely return. Reis & Millie
