The Privilege Floor lives up to its name...Robert met us at the airport and from there we were treated excellently. Its close enough to everything and far away enough from everything...Just right like Goldilocks.

We booked pretty late so had to 'grab' the Royal Suite - best snap decision ever! Ultimate luxury, private dining room, waited on hand and foot by the most friendly, helpful staff, daily massages, guide and driver on call 24 hours... all included. Fresh flowers and bottles of wine just turned up on a daily basis. We could have stayed in the hotel the whole time! But the point of the trip was to go see temples, so we made very good use of the guide and driver. We saw the sun rise over Angkor Wat and the sunset from Phnom Bakheng, to name but two. Our guide was very knowledgable, taking us through temples at uncrowded times and via uncrowded routes; he knew the story behind every statue and carving but never seemed to be showing off, just helpful. We saw 500 monks joining the order (it was Vesak Day) which was colourful as well as inspiring! Then for a total change we went up into the Phnom Kulen National Park to see the purifying lingams carved into the river bed, followed by a swim under a 20m waterfall! Overall this was a fantastic experience and if your budget will stretch to it, go treat yourself in the Privilege Floor!

Choosing The Privilege Floor added more ease to our stay in Cambodia. Cambodian people are very nice, but it is the hotel that adds to the charm of your stay. Starting from the airport -the pick-up and the garlanding already makes you feel a privileged guest.

You reach the hotel, get a refreshing drink and check-in. The room not so ultra-modern though, and you may find a few architectural and design issues, but trust me you won’t regret staying here even a bit.

We were given a phone to communicate with our driver and the hotel help desk; a 24 hr car service a (Honda CR-V) with a chauffeur allocated to us only; minibar drinks and light snacks- all for free; a bottle of sparkling wine placed beautifully on the table; free laundry; breakfast timings from 6 am- 3 pm; free drinks and snacks during the Happy Hour that was from 5 pm to 7 pm.
We are vegetarians, and they did make some great vegetarian b’fast and snacks for us.

They also made reservations at the chosen restaurants and drove us there.

The time we checked out they presented us two beautiful Cambodian stoles, with the manager personally putting them around our necks. It was such a cute gesture.

If you want to be pampered, you must visit- The Privilege Floor. I bet no other hotel in Siem Reap would render such unbeatable services.

Simply Loved IT !!

Thanks to Domra, Chandan, Moi, Say,Victor( hope I spelt the names correctly) and others whose names I couldn’t catch up. You guys were amazing!

Room Tip: Go for a pool view room

we stayed here while we visited Angkok wats and was really impressed from the moment they picked us up at the airport with flowers and a private vehicle which was on call for 24 hrs, the hotel is actually a part of a larger hotel with private floors on the top, and a pool on the ground floor.

the amenities here were some of the best, private cocktail hours with the funnest host. and then the girls at the desk who offer all the other amenities like a private phone and private laundry facities, a truly 5 star experience.

we also had the most amazing driver Dara who was able to assist with all our needs in the hot and humid conditions, cold towels, umbrellas and ice water the bear essentials.

Room Tip: don't forget to tip the staff they will go that extra mile.

My friend and I were very happy to have chosen The Privilege Floor Hotel. Although the hotel is not big, it is very comfortable. Declicious food and great views. The most impressive aspect of this hotel is their impeccable service. Valet service, laundry service and all drinks at the mini bar in the room are free. Especially the free, 24-hour car service has made our trip so much easier. The staff are very, very, very friendly, in particular, Robert and Bunna. They were always there to help and provided us with useful suggestions on local food, shopping and traveling. I will strongly recommend this hotel to my friends and come back again with my family.

This is one of those hotels you find where you realise how useful TripAdvisor can be. We are so glad we chose this place. Excellent value for money for so many services - the use of a hotel driver is just a superb idea and was incredibly useful to us. Service was outstanding from the moment we were picked up from the airport to the moment we were dropped off again.

Upgraded to a Sunset room with a floating bed on the balcony, we knew we were in for a treat as soon as we arrived. Very good laundry service and the option to have breakfast until 3pm is genius for those on an early afternoon departure flight. Fantastic pool facilities too.

Stay here, you will love it.
