“One of the Best”
Reviewed 6 July 2014

Over the past five months, our family of five has had the opportunity to travel extensively in China, SE Asia, and Australia. The Privilege Floor was in the top five (out of ~50) hotels we visited. The level of service was unsurpassed -- I truly cannot think of a single detail that was imperfect during our two day visit and most of the details (guide, car, driver, itinerary, eating recommendations) were handled by the staff at the Privilege Floor. Siem Reap was one of our favorite stops on our journey and the Privilege Floor (along with our guide Picheth) deserves most of the credit for this.

If you want some comfort after a rough day at the temples then this place is for you. Nice rooms, food and service. Staff is very good. Situated nicely in Siem Reap and near all the great attractions.

We had only a quick 24 hours in Siem Reap, but the staff made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our host, Judy, and driver met us at the airport, arranged local tours, helped with every need imaginable. I'm still not certain how this hotel relates to the larger resort of which it is a part, but it felt like a boutique. We were extremely pleased and felt we more than got our money's worth.

I have this afternoon just returned from Cambodia where I stayed at The Privilege Floor (Rm 405) and had the most delightful experience. All of the staff were extremely attentive and caring, ensuring that our stay at the hotel was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, we were indeed treated like royalty and nothing was too much for the staff.

I cannot remember all the staff names, but those that that I do deserve mention; Mr Long Sambok (Tour Guide) Panith (Guest Services) Chenda (Asst Mgr Damnak) Mr Rom (Driver), Sambean (Mgr Damnak) and all the other members of the hotel team.

We hope to return one day.

Bless you all and sincere grateful thanks for making our stay magical.

Grant & Paul

There are lots of positive statements which I can support 100 percent. I would like to thank all of the awesome staff for their assistance, only some for example: Jackie and his team for the complete organization of our stay, Mr. Bros, our Driver for the safe journeys around Siem Riep, Alex from reception always very attentive and of course Mr. Sukman the greatest laughing bartender of the world.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Privilege floor, from the moment that we arrived at the airport and were greeted by Victor and our driver Mr Cane who greeted us like royalty and made us feel welcome. Once at the hotel we were given a mobile phone and details of our stay, in our room there was a bottle of champagne in ice waiting for us, we were up graded to a wonderful spacious room which was a lovely surprise. Our wonderful driver was at our beck and call 24hrs a day, taking us to the amazing temples and site seeing, always having cold wet towels and cold water waiting for us, our laundry was done daily, the mini bar was refilled daily. The breakfast was more than wonderful and nothing was a problem if we requested for anything else.

the happy hour with a huge variety of cocktails and drinks including canopies’ was amazing, the staff were absolutely wonderful with Socmen making it a fun and exciting evening that we will never forget. We also had a 2hrs spa package which was wonderful and relaxing experience.

we have travelled around most places in the world and mainly stayed in 5 star places but none could match or even come close to our stay at the Privilege Floor. Thank you so much Victor and his team + all the staff for making our stay memorable and looking forward to returning Alf and Maria from Australia

Room Tip: all rooms on the Privilege Floor are amazing

There are two main advantages to staying at the Privilege Floor: the wonderful and attentive staff, and a multitude of included services that make traveling and exploring the temples easy. The hotel itself is spacious and well-appointed, and our room was large and comfortable. A lot of people are there to take care of one during one's stay. Our resident host was Jacky, a warm and knowledgeable person always ready with a great suggestion. Together with his colleagues Alex, Tithima (apologies if I misspell the name), Judy, and many others, he made our stay comfortable and easy. Benefits of staying at the PF include a car with a driver for the duration of your stay, which makes arranging trips to the temples and exploring Siem Reap very easy. (Traveling to some more distant locations requires paying extra.) PF also provides pick up and drop off at the airport, a cell phone for local calls, laundry service, long breakfast, and drinks in the evening. All of this eliminates some possible stresses of traveling, and allows one to relax even while exploring the wealth of history and art that Siem Reap and Angkor have to offer. Evening drinks were prepared by Sokman, who mixes great cocktails, remembers everyone's names and exudes good humor. Our thanks to Jacky and the entire PF team, as well as to our knowledgeable guide Picheth and our tireless driver Lucky, for a wonderful and memorable stay in Siem Reap!
