What they say and what they provide is only just the start of a very special stay. From being met at the airport the journey begins with the care attention to detail to ensure you have a memorable visit. From your own mobile phone to call for your own driver, to the team from the hotel for help advise and make arrangements. Our guide Teht and driver Nikol who took us around the temples, markets to Dom Ra, Alex, Judy and Watana to mention a few of the staff at the hotel that make your trip special. Eating in at the hotel the food and service were excellent. The Spa was great. In all I would recommend this experience to anybody travelling to see Angkor Wat.

The privilege floor's staff is really what makes the difference, beyond our expectations. From the moment we set foot at the airport, we were greeted with jasmine flowers and we were on our way to the hotel with our personal driver. We got upgraded to the royal suite, which was magnificent, even too big for the two of us. There is free cocktails, free mini bar, including beer, as well as complementary laundry. Along with a personal driver who will take you anywhere around town and to the ruins. Our car broke down while visiting a remote temple around Angkor, by the time we were done visiting the temple, the hotel had sent another car to continue our visit. That was amazing. After visiting each ruin, he gave us much needed cold towels and water. What more could you ask!? Be aware that for visiting Bang Melea, one hour away, there is an extra charge of $55, but it was worth it. Our flight was in the evening, and they gave us an other room to relax and shower. I wish they would improve the wifi signal, which was not always reliable. However, we truly had a wonderful time and that is thanks to the nice people who work there.

Room Tip: Get the suite!

Always greeted with a warm smile from our awesome Resident Managers --- Judy & Alex --- and their teams, we truly enjoyed our stay at The Privilege Floor. From the wonderful breakfasts, to excellent site guidance and private rides, to amazing spa treatments and fun complimentary evening cocktail hours, our expectations were surpassed and we would highly recommend this boutique floor property to anyone staying in Siem Reap!

Over the past five months, our family of five has had the opportunity to travel extensively in China, SE Asia, and Australia. The Privilege Floor was in the top five (out of ~50) hotels we visited. The level of service was unsurpassed -- I truly cannot think of a single detail that was imperfect during our two day visit and most of the details (guide, car, driver, itinerary, eating recommendations) were handled by the staff at the Privilege Floor. Siem Reap was one of our favorite stops on our journey and the Privilege Floor (along with our guide Picheth) deserves most of the credit for this.

If you want some comfort after a rough day at the temples then this place is for you. Nice rooms, food and service. Staff is very good. Situated nicely in Siem Reap and near all the great attractions.
