“Fantastic place to stay.”

We loved Siem Reap and our stay at the Privilege Floor was amazing. Friendly, courteous staff. Very helpful. Loved all the extras which came with this room, from the free mini bar, personal driver, canapés and drinks free of charge for two hours each afternoon .

My wife and I spent 4 nights recently at The Privilege Floor. We had booked this hotel based on Tripadvisor reviews, and we can definitely say that it is ALL TRUE!! We have stayed in many 5 and 6 star hotels across the world and by far this is the best we have ever experienced. Everything that you dream of is provided with grace and warmth.

We were greeted at the airport by our escort Prinith who was part of the team available for us to contact at any time during our stay. We were introduced to our wonderful and dedicated driver Theara who was also available for us 24 hours per day. His charming personality was a joy. On arrival at the hotel, we were escorted to the private check-in area on the Privilege Floor (4th floor) where we were greeted by some of the team. Buna, Anna, Judy, Prinith, Panith, Jacky, Alex, Py, Titima and Picheth are amazing. So are Chenda, Sokman, Damra, Say and Sambean. They anticipated every little thing that we might desire. The complimentary telephone, a driver at our disposal 24 hours, fantastic all day breakfast (for those who wish to rise later!!). They even arranged a wonderful and informative guide Pichet to escort us to the awe inspiring temples of Angkor Wat, Bayon and Ta Prohm.

Before dawn, Theara (our driver) took us to Angkor Wat for us to see the sunrise over the temple complex, and we then came back to the hotel for breakfast. Theara then took us back to the temples with our guide Pichet. Theara met us with cold water and cold towels smelling of lemon and ginger as we exited each and every temple. These were much appreciated due to the hot and humid weather. He even had the air conditioner going in the car for our comfort!!

Our suite was beautiful with a large comfy bed with top quality linen, towels and toiletries, a claw footed bath and a marble tiled separate shower. A large flat screen TV, large desk area, a bar fridge stocked daily with soft drinks and local and imported beer, and a chilled bottle of champagne on ice with a fresh fruit plate on arrival...what more can you ask for?? A special thank you to the chamber maids: Dina, Hok, Rey, Leak, Nara, Nalim, Srey and Mao for keeping our suite spotless and beautiful. Thank you also to the laundry staff who washed, pressed and folded or hung our clothes daily. I am sorry that I don’t know your names to thank you personally.

Breakfast is a lovely buffet of Western and Asian treats, with a selection available from the grill which is cooked to order. Sunset drinks are from 5pm to 7pm with live piano music, and is a lively experience when Sokman is mixing the cocktails :). He is delightful and very funny, and his Cambodian Sling is fantastic!! The canapés are wonderful and very tasty too. There is good variety and the selection is changed daily. The Lounge area reflects the Cambodian timber and style in the suites, with comfy low tables and chairs inside, and tables with padded chairs outside for the smokers or those who wish to enjoy the view of the beautiful sunsets.

The Privilege Floor team is lead by Tim, who is a hard working and talented manager. His team are a reflection of his attention to detail and his personal charm. He is one of the nicest people that you could ever meet and my wife and I consider him to be our dear friend. We really enjoyed the time we spent chatting with him. When he left his important meeting to farewell us from the hotel, we were really touched.

The smiling faces of the staff who genuinely want to please their guests are something that money cannot buy. As we drove to the airport to depart, Judy thanked us for being their “King and Queen” for the past 4 nights. These are not just words. They certainly make you feel like royalty. 

Everyone should stay at the best at least once!! Just do it!!

My husband and I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff consistently exceeded our expectations and I have never returned home wishing I was back at the hotel so that we could still be with all the staff.
All the previous comments of guests praising the hotel is very accurate....the laundry service, the bubbles and bottles of wine left in our room, having a personal driver with mobile phone to use, the gorgeous nibbles to enjoy with free drinks every night, the ambience and the attention to detail of the Privilege Floor, the list goes on and on.
We were met at the airport by very sweet Phanit and our driver Lucky who was so lovely and patient as we were always late! Alex very meticulously planned our itinerary and ensured the best experience, and all the other staff : Domra, Stray Pov, Ran, Anna, Py consistently strived to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Our evening drinks were made all the more enjoyable by the entertaining Sokman (Monkeyman). We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr Timmy (GM) who engaged so positively with us and other guests.
The training that the staff receive must be of an extremely high standard and they need to be proud of this as it makes them stand out from anywhere I have ever stayed before. From the minute you arrive, every single staff engages with you as you walk through the lobby, until you get to your room. They remember your name, and everything they do is impressively consistent.
The Cambodian people are so warm and lovely, our experience was first class.

We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights at the Privilege Floor, and both the hotel itself and the staff (Judy, Jacky and the rest of the team) was extremely observant and dedicated, and did their outmost to make our stay a memorable one - and they did a fantastic job.

We have told all out friends, that this is "must visit", and we would like to do the same here.

I stayed at the Privilege Floor in the late July, 2014 with my partner. We chose to book this hotel based on the reviews from tripadvisor, and for anyone who is reading all these positive reviews, I can assure you there's no false description about the hotel in these statements.

The hotel is elegantly decorated with fresh flowers and one can find tasteful Khmer artifacts everywhere.  The air is filled with the aroma from the citrus-scented oil burning in the aroma pots. With the spa, restaurant, gym, bar, swimming pool, you can enjoy  everything you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

There are so many great things I can say about this hotel, such as how much we appreciated the laundry service as we change clothes about three times a day; we had the most incredible breakfast with great selection of both local and western cuisines; the cocktail hour is so wonderful with the gentle sound of piano every evening and yummy cocktails and nibbles; I'm a wine drinker, so I appreciated the bottle of red in our room, as well as the bucket of sparkling wine and a busket of fresh fruit.

However, I suppose what makes the Previlage Floor different from other hotels is the wonderful staff who would take one more step further to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as it could possibly be.

We are first greeted at the airport by the warm and charming smile by Mr Py and our wonderful driver Mr Khan. Both Anna and Mr Alex at the front desk made sure we get everything we need and made great suggestions on activities and restaurant choices. Trust me, if you follow what they suggest, you'd never regret the decision!

All the people at the front desk know you by name and every time we passed by the desk, they'd greet us in the most gracious way.  Those who work at the lounge also greet you by names and remember your drink and meal preferences such as how we like eggs to be cooked, or what kind of fresh fruit drink we love.

The hotel arranged us a tour guide for us, Mr Dy (or "D"), who is so knowledgable about the history and culture, and current affairs of Cambobia, and... well, no words are good enough to describe how much we appreciated him. He was so good that we asked the hotel to have him as our guide for the second day.

I cannot think of anything negative to say about this place. People here are simply such nice people and I think it is what makes the good vacation a great vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I cannot wait to go back.  P

We found this hotel on Tripadvisor and love the hotel. We wanted a nice hotel to stop at after some hectic weeks travelling through Thailand, Laos and Vietnam and it was just what we needed. The hotel is lovely and the rooms have a bath and comfortable beds. Plenty of English channels on tv plus there is a dvd player with some dvds about Angkor Wat which we were delighted to watch. The pool is a great place for sunbathing/relaxing. When you stay here you get your own driver and mobile phone to contact him or other staff. Complimentary cocktails served by the lovely funny 'Superman' were great and there is canapés also. Eric and Wattana were so nice and helpful and there was no problem helping us out when we decided to stay longer. The managers and everyone who worked there made us feel so welcome. The best thing about having our own driver, nikol, is that we felt safe wherever we went. He even drove us around the temples and waited for us when we were there or shopping/eating. The late breakfasts were great too. There is another huge breakfast room downstairs which you ca go to as well and there are lots of options there too. We are on our honeymoon which we. Hadn't mentioned but Wattana asked us if we were and went out of his way ti make our stay special. There was lovely sparkling wine waiting for us in our room also. Great service altogether and definitely worth it. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Siem Reap. Wish they had a hotel like this at home!!

We have been in Siem Reap for just a few days. The Privilege Floor offered services not seen in other places around the world. Prices in Cambodia are cheaper than other places, yes, but what the Privilege Floor offered was really impressive. Free daily laundry service and your own personal driver, who is available almost 24/7, are just 2 components of awsome service. Free afternoon snacks and drinks are offered as well and the very friendly staff is very eager in helping you with every request and problem. Room were very clean and spacious and the food was excellent. No problems at all. I would definitely return to the Privilege Floor!!
