We stayed 5 nights with 2 young girls (6 and 8). Had two adjoining rooms which worked really well. A lovely pool and surrounding area to cool off in during the heat of the day. Nice breakfast and lovely staff. A few water supply issues while we were there but managed to work around that and took it as part of our Cambodia experience.
We arranged all our day trips and drivers and transfers via the front desk and this worked really well and prices were comparable to hunting around for deals!

Close to town and easy to get around as the tuk tuk drivers know where it is. Pre-arranged to have a driver meet us at the airport when we arrived as we had read on here that others had found it a bit difficult to find. Our meeter and greater was a lovely young guy who ended up taking us a few places during our stay.

Staff were fabulous with the kids and showed a really genuine interest in them. If going back to Siem Reap I wouldn't bother looking at other options I would just go back here

Hotel is down a laneway and is definitely more than 5 minutes walk to the main area of Siem Reap and pub street as advertised - more like 15 minutes or so over the bridge. But that’s okay since its quite an interesting walk if you have never been to Siem Reap before and tuk tuks are always hanging around and are very cheap. T

The hotel has a very pretty and scrupulously clean large pool with beautiful garden surrounds and lovely to swim in. The rooms are also quite lovely and very clean. Also nice view from the balacony or ground level rooms of the gardens and the pool. However the bathroom certainly lets it down. And I spoke to a couple of other guests just in case it was just my bathroom - but no its wasn’t. Don’t get me wrong the bathrooms are clean and quite huge has they have a rain shower separate from the other shower over the bath. mmmmmmmmmmmm bath - made from some kind of black cement stuff and smoothed out to look like a bath?? not a chance was I going to have a bath. The taps and showers heads all leaked water elsewhere as well when turned on. Although clean - it really looked like it could have done with a thorough bleach clean :). And I had no hot water one night because the cleaner had turned something off and forgot to turn it back on! But as mentioned, the bedrooms are spacious and air conditioned and very clean. However it’s hard to organise washing. The concept of leaving the laundry list seemed to not be understood. However one manages and just 2 minutes walk up the alley is a little laundry place with washer and driers for a very minimal cost. Or hand wash and hang around bathroom worked well too. Food menu was excellent and drinks are also an excellent value for small price. So all in all quite a nice hotel – but does only deserve the 3 star rating it has. Hiwever very good value room prices.

Room Tip: choose one away from the back area laneway - very noisy and dogs barking and people yelling

A brilliant hotel, very niche, remember the clue is in the name of the hotel. Warm welcome, fantastic staff and nice rooms.

The only downside is we had a couple of lizards in our room as the door is open to the outside and they can crawl under. If this doesn't freak you out then you'll enjoy your stay here.

Room Tip: Top floor you get a nice view of the pool. A must.

We travelled in Dec 2011 when the hotel was just inaugurated. We were a group of seven and since this hotel had no reviews we were a bit worried. But the warmth of the reception I can till date not forget. In spite of the fact that some portions of the hotel were still being done up and the air conditioners were just then being fitted, the inconveniences were not made to be felt by the service staff. The pool side services were excellent and breakfast was out of the world.

No regrets with booking our stay at this hotel. Service was excellent with everyone doing their utmost to assist whatever request you have. Rooms were clean and well-maintained as well. We have never seen such white walls in shower rooms ever!

The entire area is lush with greenery and pools of carp, creating an atmosphere of an oasis. With a very pleasant infinity pool in the middle of the hotel, this is a perfect place to come back to and rest your weary bodies after a day or templing.

Tours of all kinds are available and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good too and the spread was more than sufficient, with both Asian and Continental cuisine.

Worth staying in again if back in Siem Reap.

Room Tip: Almost all the rooms face the pool except for a couple in a corner of the row opposite the restauran...

I would really recommend this hotel to all travellers to Siem Reap! The hotel is well located (walking distance from town center and all markets) and rooms/ facilities are great. The thing that we loved most though was the service we received.
All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Even before we arrived at the hotel, they went out of their way to book and collect bus tickets for us. They sent their cars to pick us up, ensured they helped us in planning all temple visits. At check in itself, the staff sat down with us, walked us through the map and average times required for each sight etc.We went for a sunrise tour on one day, and they packed hot breakfast for us complete with cut fruits and bottled water.
We really couldn't have asked for more from this hotel, and I would recommend this to any and everyone travelling.

We stayed in a family deluxe room (4 beds). Room was super clean, they provided additional towels whenever we asked. Wifi coverage excellent at all parts. Swimming pool is a bit small but well maintained and they give drinks and snacks by the poolside as well. Breakfast buffet isn't exceptional but very respectable.

Nice garden and pool. Room is standard but toilet shower is disappointing. Noisy on rainy days, we had a bad night since it was raining very heavily. The hotel provides good breakfast buffet. Only a few steps to the shop and night market, so location is good.

Room Tip: Choose a new established hotel.
