Lovely building, great service and overall the food was good but.... If you have specials on a menu, they should be fresh and tasty. The seared tuna wasn't over cooked, yet it was dry and bland like it had been prepared too far in advance. The satay sticks were a bit dry but the dipping sauce was great. The highlight was the beef Rossini though - delicious.
