My friends and I were in Asia for three weeks, and this hotel was honestly one of the best parts of our trip. The staff, led by Vannara Rich, are incredibly warm and kind and repeatedly went beyond the call of duty in providing wonderful service.

As soon as we checked in, late at night, they scheduled a personal driver and English-speaking tour guide for us for the next three days, in less than 5 minutes at the front desk! We had questions about visiting a bamboo village on Tonle Sap and they had great advice for where to go.

At breakfast, in the restaurant (which was lavish for Cambodia), they cooked eggs any style on demand, poured fresh coffee, and got us anything we asked for. When we came back from the temples at the end of a hot day, we jump into the pool, and lobby bartender would bring cold beer out to us with complimentary peanuts.

On the day we checked out, we went back to the temples, and the front desk staff offered to open a room to us temporarily so we could shower before heading to the airport. Just exceptionally attentive and it made us feel like we had a home for four days.

It's also a beautiful hotel, with polished hard wood everywhere, very powerful AC and large rooms. Couldn't recommend staying here more strongly.

Room Tip: Some rooms are larger than others, and rooms that don't face the street are a little quieter.

The staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble... Napha provided us with a map and highlighted points of interests and helped us to get our bearings when we arrived. The owner, Daryl had some great insights that ensured an enjoyable time both around town and at the temples. We only booked for 3 nights and wished that we had of booked for longer.

This hotel has wonderful staff, their gentle yet caring attitude was great to see. They love Tim Tam biscuits! The manager Darryl has trained his staff to be exceptional caring staff, ready to help you at any time.
The room are big and well appointed. Wifi is easily accessible. We used their local knowledge to go Angkor Wat - get there before the tourist buses get there.

I will return to this hotel again, should I happen to be taking a tour group to Angkor Wat.

We loved our visit to Siem Reap and staying at this hotel....It was a fantastic place to stay, with a restaurant, spa, and a huge screen TV in the bar area for those who wanted to watch the world soccer games.

This hotel is well located, right in the heart of Siem Reap.
The staff is really friendly and efficient.
The bedrooms are OK and well equipped.
This is a good value for money.
Just one point : the spa is really expensive in its category...

Room Tip: warning : a category is announced as "river side" ; that's true but, between the hotel and the small river there is the main road, si it's a little bit noisy in day time (but quiet at night, that it's the most important...)
