This was a great place to stay in Siem Reap, it is slightly out of town but the free tuk tuks provided to take you in and out of town solved that concern. The tuk tuk meets you back at the drop off point the time you agree, it's really convenient. The room was great, good size, had double glazed windows to keep out the noise, great air con, shower was the best we have had since we started our trip - pressure, heat and plenty of water. They also have a lovely pool which is a great way to unwind after some very hot and muggy walking around Angkor Wat park. The staff were also very helpful and friendly providing you with a glass of cold water every time you arrived back. Breakfast is great - buffet all you can eat, but the service for lunch and dinner is not so good.

Can not recommend Gloria higher, the staff were so friendly and service was second to none! The room was big and very clean with a good bathroom. The pool was gorgeous to chill out in the sun or cool off in after visiting the temples, they provide clean towels by the side of the pool. There were lots of good options at breakfast and the restaurant served very good and reasonably priced food. Everyday we had fresh towels, cleaned room, free toiletries, free fruit basket, water, tea and coffee, plus movie guide to the tv and bedtime story! We didn't want to leave :)
I'd say only very minor down point is that hotel is out the way but this isn't a problem at all as the hotel provides free Tuk-Tuks from 6pm-10pm.
Mr Leu Wet was incredibly helpful on reception and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable!
If ever back in Siem Reap I would stay here, good value for money for the price you pay and what you get.

I stay few days in this hotel (from 3 to 6 of november) and I would like to share my review because I really enjoy to stay there:
- the hotel is very nice with beautiful wood decoration frames or elements
- the room is a full services room including also free fresh fruits etc
- the staff is very friendly (peoples who take care of me: Mr Wia, Mr Teng Sothea) and they remain everytime available for all queries (even if you forget something after check out).
- Free tuktuk service allow you to move every where in the city. So you can enjoy and after go back to a quiet place.

In my opinion, one of the best hotels in Siem Reap!

Ended up staying here 5 nights and i cant recommend enough. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and willing to help you with anything! The rooms are very clean and spacious. They are cleaned everyday. They provide towels in the room and by the pool. Breakfast is yummy...pineapple jam is a definite thing you must try! I ended up having iteveryday. It is further from the town but free tuk tuks make it very convenient. The pool is lovely and perfect to chill after visiting temples. A fruit basket, sweets and bedtime story are a lovely touch. Food in the resturant is tasty and reasonably priced. We wanted to hire bikes and they only had one so paid for bikes for us from a shop and provided a tuk tuk to take us there and pick us up later...if that isnt service i dont know what is. Best place i have stayed throughout my 5weeks in SE Asia! Mr leu wet is brill!!

We stayed 4 nights at Gloria Angkor Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received. The staff made a fuss of us as it was our honeymoon, and went to the effort to prepare special things for our room. The staff willingly had breakfast prepared for us when we wanted to get up extra early for sunrise at Angkor Wat. When we requested hand towels and a bathmat (usually not in the room) the housekeeping staff had them ready for us the next day. The room and hotel were very clean. We enjoyed great meals in the restaurant, and excellent treatment in the spa room. The hotel is a long way from Siem Reap's centre, but the hotel provided free tuk tuk from 6pm till 10pm to make it easier for guests. We have now stayed in 13 hotels on our honeymoon through Europe and Asia, and so far Gloria Angkor takes the cake!

Room Tip: Don't expect a great view, but we think this hotel was A+++ for everything else!
