We state here for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff were very helpful, lots of attention to detail and delivered great service. The pool was great, especially mid day when it was too hot to be out exploring. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. It's a little far from town, but the free tuktuks downtown each evening make it really easy to enjoy the town- we would either ride bikes to town for lunch after exploring or eat at the hotel restaurant. Only thing that could be improved upon is the condition and number of bicycles provided (they are free to use but the first day 3 of the 4 needed new tire tubes, and the following day a family of three needed bikes as well as us so they had to rent some elsewhere.) But they did fix us up two bikes to use later that first afternoon which we used throughout our stay, so they were really responsive to our needs! Thanks for the great stay!

I'm not one to give a glowing review but this place is incredible. I normally separate my reviews into good and bad but this one is all good:
- customer service impeccable, if they spot you walking in they immediately go and get you a water and are always smiling. They were also great at helping us book anything we needed.
- FREE tuk-tuk into the night market. (And back!)
- really cheap tours of the temples. Ask for Mr.Tra, he is excellent.
- bed time story in a scroll and a TV guide every night - the little things matter.
- really nice pool area.
- good breakfast with eggs cooked fresh just how you like them.
- really nice spacious room with great air con and a TV.
The list goes on and on. I don't know how they make money with the prices they charge. If we ever return to Siem Reap we will be sure to stay here.

this place provided really good service
we were actually overbooked by agoda, and when we arrived , there werent any rooms for us
but gloria hotel staff were very apologetic, and sent us on their own transport to another hotel and waited with us until we got another room elsewhere

not bad!

The hotel staff are amazing! Always so friendly and attentive to our queries alongside with their warm greetings and megawatt smiles. Big thank u to Mr Sopath, GM of the hotel who never fails to answer our emails promptly in a detailed manner, even granting us a free late check-out. Little heart-warming gestures like a different Khmer bedtime stories and sweets, a mini complimentary fruit platter which replenishes every day and the delicious banana chips offered when checking in sums it all. Immense gratitude to our customer-oriented and caring tuk tuk driver Mr Tra. We booked him for our 3 days visit after reading so many wonderful comments of him on trip advisor. Turns out he exceeds our expectations! He always provide us with cold towels and chilled mineral water during the temple tours, and planned our itinery when we were overly ambitious yet confused w the number of places to visit .He places his customers first and brought us to cheap and true blue Khmer local stalls upon request. What touches our hearts is, he will go all out to help his customers. When we were on the way back from Beng Melea and there was no public toilet in sight, he actually went through the trouble and asked one of the villagers for permission for us to use their house toilet. In addition, he volunteered to help us buy cheap Angkor and Cambodia beer and accede to each and every request we had. We kept changing our itinery but he was perfectly accommodating, didn't rush us, and highlighted some attractions whether we wanted to stop by without additional charges. On the last day, as our sleeper bus doesn't provide night shuttle to its station Mr Tra assured us he will send us at 10.30pm, the timing that exceeded his working and non-chargeable hours (10pm) but he didn't ask for anything. Really really thankful to him, for helping us unconditionally. Special thanks to our tour guide Mr Samut, who helped us squeezed a supposedly 2 day tour into one. Siem reap wouldn't be so amazing and enchanting without Mr Tras and the hotel staff. Miss and love the people there! :)))))

We did enjoy our stay here for a few nights. The staff were excellent and very friendly, always saying hello or good evening when you came in or left. The room was very good value and came with breakfast.

The hotel also offers a free tuk tuk service to the centre on a night and reasonably prices tours during the day, which can be adapted to the places you want to visit. If you want to go on a tour, I recommend Mr. Veng (tuk tuk number 16). He is a very friendly and safe driver, who drove us round siem reap for 3 days during our trip. During the second two days (when he knew he was doing a trip) he gave us free, ice cold bottle water during the day, which was appreciated during hot temple trips. Whilst on the trips, he was very relaxed and wasn't rushed to get back to the hotel at all. On many occasions he said "we are passing xxxxx, would you like to stop?", not charging anymore for this. The prices are about $15 a day, very cheap for 2+ people. One day we went quite far out to an animal rescue centre and to the land mine museum, and this only cost $23. During one trip, he even played mini golf with us. He made travelling around the city easy and enjoyable.

The rooms were nice sized, but the bed comfort could have been improved.

The reason the hotel lost a star was the 'free' airport shuttle. We booked the hotel only 1 day in advance, and tried to email them, but the email wouldn't send to the account. We forgave them for this, because it was so last minute. However, on leaving I requested transport to the airport. I was told they could call a taxi and this would cost $10 so thought this service had been withdrawn. However, whilst waiting for our taxi, we heard a couple arranging for a transfer with the same staff member, so this was obviously still in operation. Quite annoying and a waste of $20 for us.

Overall though a nice hotel

More than a month out to my travel date, I contacted few hotels in Siem Reap with high ratings at low rate for a 1-night pre-cruise stay. Kim Sophath (Gloria's General Manager) responded to my emails efficiently. His all-inclusive rate was the most competitive: deluxe room, buffet breakfast, pick-up and drop-off transportation service!! They can also arrange a tour to Angkor Wat (I overheard). Will definitely recommend to other travelers seeking good value for their money!

This hotel is definitely worth considering as you wander the temples at Siem Reap, Cambodia. Lovely staff and excellent service. Small but useful pool too. We loved it here.

Ask for Mr Chin, the tuk-tuk driver. He's a proper gent who looked after us really well.

A great time.

Room Tip: Pool view is best. Spray room for nozzles!
