Just a 5 minute walk or 2 minute tuk-tuk from pub street, it's in the perfect location. It's just far away enough to be in a peaceful area, but you're in the middle of the action within minutes. The staff are incredibly friendly and are always looking for an excuse to have a bbq! Excellent value for money. The rooms are massive and clean. There's also a nice outdoor area out the back with sun loungers and a swimming pool!

This hotel is about a 5 minute walk or $1 tuk tuk ride to centre of town, Pub Street. It has lots of facilities very close by including supermarkets, restaurants, laundry service and bike hire/travel agents.

I would class this as a backpacker hotel, but excellent value for money. Rooms are spacious with TV, Airconditioning and Fan. Bathroom is typical of Cambodia, electric water pump for shower and very little water pressure. There is a TV and again, typical uncomfortable Asian mattress.

Wifi is available to all rooms free of charge and there are two computers in the reception area for guests to use.

Pool is nice but unfortunately sewer runs behind so gets very stinky at times.

Breakfast is included and lots of selections, omelette, fried egg, bread rolls, fruit salad.

The manager Koni and his staff are very helpful. Every request is dealt with efficiently and English is spoken.

This is my second visit and each time I have stayed for several weeks. I would observe great customer service with all other guests as well.

Airport pickup will be organised at an additional cost if required and on all occasions I have not been let down.

Room service is a little sporadic, each day something was forgotten like no toilet paper but easy to go to reception and get.

Being tiled throughout, it sometimes got very noisy late at night with inconsiderate guests coming home drunk but that would happen anywhere.

Room Tip: Ask for any room not at the front of the hotel which gets all the street noise. Preferable on the f...

I had some friends come and stay for the weekend so I thought I'd treat myself to some air con and the luxury of a pool and spend some extra time with my mates. The staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble for them. The room sizes are above average and very clean. On my friends last night the manager koni who I must say is such a character set us up a farewell bbq out front and invited any guest staying to join in. I nice touch to end a great stay. Thanks to koni and all the staff for a great stay I will definitely be recommending this place to others.

Stayed in this hotel for over one week with my son, he quoted 25usd for first two nights. By speaking to other guest i learnd they paid inbetween 15-20 usd and one guy got 12 (for same room i checked) i trusted that they would bring down the price, but when checking out, price was not negotiable, really disappointing so here is the revieuw, if go here never pay more then 15, but i suggest you look further as there are very many hotel in this range in Siem Reap.

Meh! Granted the hotel has a great location, but beside that, I found it pretty charmless. I have not stayed in other $20 rooms in Cambodia, so maybe it compares well with other places - and it 'did the job' - basically an OK room close to town. Breakfast is pretty basic - and not particularly generous. Eggs OR fruit salad kind of place. Overall I didn't like the atmosphere - felt like it was all about the money. Of course I know a hotel is a business, but no need to make it quite so obvious!

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms feel a bit damp and are pretty dark.

We had a good stay here. The manager is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is free. Their tuk-tuk driver is very nice. And a swimming pool is available (although there was a bit of a trash-smell coming from nearby the pool).
