We came to this hotel because of the reviews! Maybe we got really unlucky but this was by far the worst experience we had in hotels ever!
Outside it looks nice, the pool and the small lounge area are inviting! But the rooms...
Me and my friends stayed in a room at the back! One room was small and very dark, had an used toothbrush in the toilet paper, and the sheets looked dirty and grainy! The mattress was super uncomfortable and it had some blankets we could cover ourselves with. Our friends room was more spacious and had more light, but it was not clean at all! It had hair in the bathroom, hair in the bed and dead flies on the floor!

The next morning, at breakfast, we were served a baguette and jam! Our very unlucky friend had hair at the baguette!!!!!! It was enough for us! We packed our things and left, despite having 2 nights paid!
In the city, you can stay at a much cleaner and comfortable hotels for half the price, and you don't have to pay 4$ to a tuktuk to go to the city! Also that is not the country side! The hotel is on a main road outside of the city with a lot of garbage and bed smell!
I think they should review their prices and have different prices if they have different rooms! Again, maybe we were really unlucky, but this was our experience!

We stayed one week with Sun & Roger and it was absolutely lovely: nice and clean rooms, nice pool, fantastic food and really nice people. It felt like home, but better...If there are any problems or questions arising, Sun & Roger are sure to help you. The guesthouse is a little bit out of town, but transportation is no problem. We will be back!

I made new friends in another part of the world (the owner's) Roger and his wife are great loving people they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Roger's wife Sun is one of the hardest working people I know, you name it she was doing it! There was nothing better after a hot humid day coming back away from all the hustle and bustle to your own little retreat jumping in the refreshing pool.

This excellent guesthouse has everything you could want; great rooms, ensuite with fan and air con, a swimming pool, a little relaxation area, top food and hosts who will sort your every need out - and at a very reasonable price, too. The main benefit of staying here though is being part of village life. It's about 3km outside Siem Reap down one single road, so it's easy to find. Instead of constant 'Tuk tuk sir, where you go? you can sit and watch country life happen from the guest house's outside area. Better still, grab a free bike, turn left out of the guest house and within 5 minutes, you'll be exploring the best of Cambodian countryside, with hidden temples, villages and warm welcomes everywhere you go. Siem Reap is only a 10 minute 2 dollar tuk tuk ride away if you need a night in town. I planned to stay a few nights but ended up staying a week. Thoroughly recommended for those in search of a memorable Angkor Wat / Siem Reap visit.

A small (less than 10 rooms) guesthouse, managed by the owners, providing you with a personalized service. It's easy to reach, out of the busy and noisy centre of Siem Reap town, and the owners make it a point to collect you from the bus station or airport, and drop you upon your return. A very friendly atmosphere, almost like staying with family :-) The rooms are decent and clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. All rooms (double or twin beds) have AC and fan, and private shower area. Enjoy your breaks near the swimming pool or in the lounge area. A fantastic Italian restaurant just next doors. What can one more wish for? Definitely a super value for money place, not even counting the service and friendliness, and the most peaceful sleep I have enjoyed since a long time.

A great little guesthouse, slightly hidden away but well worth looking for! Away from the hustle and bustle (and dust) of the city centre, it has an inner courtyard full of plants and a small swimming pool - a real bonus! The rooms are very clean, spacious and cool. The owners and very friendly and always ready to help. There is a great restaurant (Italien Garden) and between the good food and the peaceful atmosphere, the danger is to end up spending too much time here!! The only drawback is that it is 3 km out of town but very kindly the owners offer free bicycles to facilitate the ride.

When arriving in Siem Reap you will be picked up by one the owners, as the place might be difficult to find on your own.
The Guesthouse is clean, the rooms are super nice, all with airconditioning, and the pool is just amazing after a long day in the "Angkor Wat" temples.
The couple running the place are VERY helpful, they helped us with finding a tuktuk for the temples, made us sandwiches for lunch to bring, booked us bus trips ect!
In addition to all this you get to see some of how life is going on a little outside Siem Reap, not just the center of town.
