We enjoyed our stay very much. Although the room is slightly old, we enjoyed the terrace that leads straight to the pool. Aside from that, the beds were very comfortable too. We definitely had a good nights sleep. The service is excellent and they were helpful in accommodating all our requests. They even helped us arrange our customized tours. All this on top of the hotel being in the best location as it is less than 3 mins away from Pub street and night market. We will definitely be back.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms are close to the pool area which is accessible through the room's terrace.

Very clean and reasonably priced. Literally a two minute walk to pub street and the night market. Great location. Service was excellent, they helped plan our temple tours and got us a car and guide which was very good. Very accommodating and warm staff. With a nice pool for swimming on hot afternoons after seeing the temples.

Staying here for the second time because of really good service on my first stay. Nothing has changed. The staff and service are excellent and very friendly. Nice breakfast, menus, pool and comfortable rooms.

Room Tip: Second floor And above is the best floor as far as nice and quiet rooms go.

We asked for a room for 3 people when we first made the booking and I was told the Terrace Suite is the biggest, so we made a booking for 4 nights. When we arrived, we found that the room is very small, we cannot even open our luggage, they counted a small outside garden as part of the the room which is quite stupid, and the manager had actually given me wrong information when I first made the booking. Also the room is a kind of dirty, there are stains on the floor and the toilet. So we went to the front desk and asked if there are other room that we can change, the manager said the hotel was fully-booked (without checking anything), I then asked if there will be people checking out the next day, he then checked the computer and said actually there is a bigger room which is the Super Deluxe Balcony available, he will let me change the room if I rate this hotel 5-stars on tripadvisor (I was quite surprised!), also he said the Super Deluxe Balcony is more expensive, but he will not charge us for that. Anyway, it took like 2 hours to change room, make up beds etc. The new room is actually much bigger and better. I later checked on the internet that the Super Deluxe Balcony is cheaper, which means the manager lied again, but we didn't make any complaint, just let them have the extra as tips. Other than the dishonesty of this manager, the hotel is actually quite nice, first location - it is close by to everything, breakfast is ok too, I would recommend the congee or noodles, don't try the western style, pool is clean too, air con is strong enough, the mattress is comfy too. The downside would be the cleanness of room, the floor is not very clean, also towels have stains on it. Staffs are very nice, and they do react quickly and always carry nice smiles...

Room Tip: Higher floor has poor wifi, always has your room facing the back.

The hotel's location is very strategy as you are just minutes away from the night market, pub street and old market. The hotel is clean, spacious and the staff always great you with a smile. you will enjoy a free drink and free cake when you check in into the hotel which both tasted delicious. They have 4 choices of breakfast for you to choose and i love their congee a lot! The Hotel stuff is also very friendly and helpful of which i must compliment them! The hotel is also just opposite to the Heaven Restaurant, which is once of the must try restaurant in siem reap. Howeve do remember to make a reservation before going as the place is always pack! Beside the Hotel, there is the Sholak message center which you can try as it is also one of the award wining message place in siem reap. If you think the price is to high, (taking into consideration message in siem reap is only $4-5, you can try the message center at the down the corner of the hotel which is better than the message center in the night market.

Room Tip: If you like swimming, you can request for a hotel room at the ground floor and for family with child...
